β β β β β Have very bad experience with this office. Only car pickup was OK. Return was very bad. None was present in a parking lot (good I got pin to enter main gate). There was a note on the door that I have to go to the office at the airpot. I did it and there was none there neither. Neighbour car rental service told me to leave key in the box, which I did. Finally found some employees walking dow the terminal and notified them. I left car on time, even some time before scheduled hour, however, they charged me additional day which is not acceptable. Haven't got refund yet, despite I provided proofs (photos of parked car did just after I left it on parking and airport entry ticket). I strongly encourage you to not trust them and document your pickup and return. Europcar was one of my favourite rentals but they failed my trust.
Additionally, there was another client waiting on parking lot freezing (as there was really bad and rainy wether that day) and there was none to provide him some service.

β β β β β I must notice that Europcar is not honest in my case. I made a reservation via Ryanair. I paid the whole sum due for a car reservation, but Europcar told me that I just paid a part (pre-payment). Even with prooves they didn't give my money back which was transfered incorrectly from my visa card to Europcar ordered by the manager of the office of Europcar in Pescara-airport. Even writing to them several times, they indicated that Ryanair is responsable for this mistake (Ryanair indicates that it is Europcar which made an error). So I wish anyone good luck!

β β β β β my husband and I rented a car for a long trip around Italy. The car was dirty, not filled with gasoline, as promised, it was almost impossible to breathe because of the tobacc smell in the car; after fifty kilometers on the highway the air conditioning stopped working and then - more! the ventilation turned off. And that's in thirty-degree heat. I would like nobody has such an experience! Thanks Europcar, it as a real peasure!!!!

β β β β β Worst car rental experience of my life. Their service is awful and it seems like they did everything they can to get more of our money instead of helping us enjoying our road trip. We've booked a car and when we arrived to get it they told us it wasn't available anymore and that we had to pay 200β¬ more to get a bigger car, the only thing we were able to do after 2 hours of discussion with them was to cancel our first registration and they charged us 5pβ¬ for that. We were extremely disappointed and we'll never rent a car from Europcar again!!

β β β β β Picked the car up at the Pescara Train Station, returned it here out of working hours. Received the statement of return with no hidden charges or scam attempts. Europcar also released my deposit in the same day, although it was a Saturday. All in all, another great experience with Europcar. This was my 4th time with them in Italy, no problems whatsoever.
