All’interno, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha illustrato le diverse tecniche di lavorazione del vetro e ci ha aiutato nella scelta degli acquisti. Alla fine abbiamo comprato 6 regali da portare a casa, prodotti totalmente Made in italy, alcuni realizzati proprio dal proprietario, di ottima qualità con prezzi accessibili. Siamo rimasti molto contenti,in attesa di tornare a visitare Murano, compreremo sicuramente qualcosa dal sito online. Lo consigliamo a tutti, ottima esperienza! As soon as we landed in Murano, we were fascinated by the windows of this shop. Inside, the owner was very kind, he illustrated the different glass processing techniques and helped us in choosing purchases. In the end we bought 6 gifts to take home, products totally Made in Italy, some made by the owner, of excellent quality with affordable prices. We were very happy, looking forward to returning to visit Murano, we will definitely buy something from the online site. We recommend it to everyone, excellent experience!

Fait un prix puis vous surveille sur le pas de la porte et revient 2 mn avant l'arrivée du ferry pour Burano pour vous demander le complément en liquide puisque nous sommes sur le quai. Nous ne nous sommes pas fait avoir puisque nous avons payer le prix de départ mais nous aurions préféré qu'il nous dise dès notre arrivée qu'il pouvait faire un effort que si nous payons en liquide. Dommage les objets sont magnifiques. Attention, commercial approach more than doubtful. Make a price then watch you on the doorstep and come back 2 minutes before the ferry arrives for Burano to ask you for the additional cash since we are on the quay. We were not fooled since we had to pay the starting price but we would have preferred him to tell us upon our arrival that he could make an effort than if we paid in cash. Too bad the objects are magnificent.

De plus le personnel est agressif et vous mette la pression que vous payiez 5 euros pour voir une démonstration ridicule de moins de 2 minutes montre en main. A big tourist scam, go your way. However, the owner told us not to touch and we could not just see the price, it was not Chinees rubish like everywhere else,... and then insulted us that we were just tourists. Thanks to tourists like us his little candy shop exists!!! Terrible man, very frustrated, bad salesman, arrogant, worst experience ever in Venice and Murano. Finally we bought a set of bowls at Venini! Very nice and friendly people at Venini!
