Et avec un sérieux très appréciable : ils m'ont remplacé et envoyé à leurs frais un collier qui s'était cassé après qu'un fermoir se soit ouvert : je n'y croyais pas quand j'ai reçu le petit paquet par La Poste quelques jour après notre échange sur WhatsApp ! Y aller les yeux fermés ! Very nice shop with aesthetic items, well finished and at reasonable prices. And with a very appreciable seriousness: they replaced me and sent at their expense a necklace which had broken after a clasp had opened: I did not believe it when I received the small package by La Poste a few days after our exchange on WhatsApp! Go there with your eyes closed!

When I proved that the issue was a welding problem, they sent me new pair with extra gift. how to convert an angry Customer to a very happy one.
S	Shawn McIntosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a lot of shopping--window and otherwise--during the better part of a day on Murano, and this was the first place we happened to stop in seriously shortly after landing. The designs are amazing, and we found no other places on Murano that had such unique pieces. The designs we saw stuck with us so much that we opted to walk all the way back to this part of the island after going through the main drags of other shops and get some of the jewelry my wife had her eye on here, as simply nothing compared to the pendants and other designs here. (Another side benefit is it's not far from a less crowded vaporetti dock compared to the main drag.)
