Unfortunately we found out later the prices were high compared to those in Venice, and we have serious doubt on the quatlity and materials used as the ring my wife bought for her mother is already deteriorating, way faster than a good quality silver ring would. However I have a feeling (most of) my comment is applicable to other shops on Murano...
