We were not sure if we shall spend so much money for a glass art but our sales person explained everything in detail and lived the murano idea so authentic that we were convinced and we are very happy with the great and unique products, Thanks for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a glass sculpture from this gallery. I would like to share my experience , as I was so impressed with the whole process. I was lmmediately grabed by the items on display in the front window, both the quality of the items and the way they were displayed. On entering I noticed a small collection of items that , in my opinion, stood out from the rest, and l was taking a closer look when a staff member came over and gave me information of the creator of the pieces I was looking at. he also told me a great deal about the processes involved. When i expressed an interest in 2 items , but couldn't make my mind up, he escorted me and the 2 items to a sunlit roof patio so I could see them in natural light.
having eventually made my mind up , Davide, the ever helpful staff member, guided me through the export / import to the UK minefield.
8 days later I was the proud posessor ov a unique and beautiful work of art.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place recently. 2 things that impressed me the most. Firstly, the quality and how exquisite the art pieces were. Secondly, the service. We were served by Davide and from the moment we stepped in, he was with us, patiently explaining many pieces, the process to make them using Murano glass and even showed us the area where the art pieces were made as well as the huge collection on the 2nd floor. He is also very knowledgeable about all the artists that have pieces in the shop. We weren't planning to buy anything, but ended up bringing home beautiful pieces because we felt it was really high quality work and the knowledge we gained during the 1 hour that Davide served us. They also packed the pieces nicely in a box.
Definitely a must to visit if you are in Murano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience. The selection was exquisite and the service amazing.
The sales rep spent a long time helping me find something I liked. Within 5 minutes, he figured out what characteristics drew my eye. I couldn't have articulated it, but he was spot on. He then took me through room after room showing me pieces that suited my taste. Going in, I'd never have dreamed I'd fall in love with a sting ray!
I found a piece I loved, but told him I felt uncomfortable spending that much money in the first gallery I visited. "No problem. That's understandable." No pressure at all.
They assured me the custom packaging would be so secure that DHL could drop kick it and it wouldn't break. I was worried about the delicate tail. After receiving it, I agree.
I have heard horror stories about Venetian glass being delivered to the US and charged huge customs fees (50%.) That doesn't apply for individual sales, but can be a pain to get fixed. This gallery has a process to ensure you don't get hit with the fees. It worked.
Purchasing and expensive and fragile item in another country and shipping back to the US can be scary, but this process was flawless.
Overall a terrific experience. I highly recommend!

I saw some interesting ideas and was able to contact Schiavon Vetreria and from there it was easy. Annarita was a pleasure to work with in selecting our pendant lights. We got on FaceTime and were able to look at size, color & design in their showroom. We described what we wanted and they custom made our 5 pendant lights and shipped them to us in the USA. Fantastic experience & outcome. Highly recommended!

I expected something special and I still was not fully prepared for the total all around awesomeness purveyed at Franco Schiavon Gallery. The very sophisticated staff seem more like curators or consultants in a museum than sales people. The services offered here before during and after the sale are comprehensive and complete. I can not rave highly enough. Franco Schiavon Gallery is a must for anyone looking for up to the minute world class glass artists and timeless one of a kind pieces to treasure for generations. To visit this gallery is to experience the best.
