They had a beautiful selection, and were very patient. They provided no pressure to buy anything, and answered all questions in full. I worked with Fabio, and could not have had a better experience. We bought quite a few things, and all were wrapped up so to not have any issues flying over the Atlantic. None of the pieces had any chips or cracks once we re-opened them. Thanks again Schiavon and Fabio!!!

He helped us sort through the many items that are offered to find just what we wanted. Since they were a specific style and color they were made to order and shipped to us. The packaging was very well done. After our purchase we were shown other items, not to sell them to us, but just because they are so beautiful and he was proud of the craftsmanship. Custom made glass is expensive, but it is a treasure. Also, we were able to order addition matching pieces 2 years later.

We learned so much from each place we visited and we saw so many beautifully unique pieces that we were almost overwhelmed. Ultimately, we returned to Schiavon where we were shown the gallery in more detail. We watched the artists work for awhile and they were very amiable as they answered our questions. After we decided on a piece, we were instructed to write our name on a piece of tape that was attached to the piece to ensure us the piece we recieved was the piece we purchased. We then posed for a picture with the artist and left to continue our trip. Two days after we returned home, our piece was delivered, undamaged and with no added shipping costs. The entire process was a delight and our piece is prominately displayed where it gets the attention such a gorgeous work of art deserves. Thanks Reno!
R	Ramasamy Krishnaswamy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited various art glass factories in Murano to develop a special Glass Statues for our Universal Temple LOTUS – "Light Of Truth Universal Shrine”. I could not get the confidence from anyone. Only Vetreria Artistica Reno Schiavon S.R.L. Glass factory gave me enough confidence that, they will be able to take up this challenging assignment. Because Mr. Fabio, the owner took lot of personal interest and took me to his shop where the statues are made and discussed with the artists. Artists at the shop immediately convinced me by making a small statue in front of me and demonstrating their caliber. The Statues we require consists of different human races like African, European, Native American, Asian etc., placed around a Globe, that globe is held by four snakes. This is really very interesting and complicated artwork. Once the orders were placed, they gave time to deliver the products. Exactly as per their commitment we got a communication that the products are ready. I visited and saw the products and amazed with the workmanship and expressions of the statues. I can boldly recommend Vetreria Artistica Reno Schiavon S.R.L. for any of Murano Art Glass Work.
E	Emmy Trang Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the First Shop after arriving Murano. A bright and spacey room with high quality sculptures. We had a nice short talk to the young and friendly sales man who later turned out to be the designer. He provided a view into the working area where the glass is made. We tried to get a feeling for the prices and told him that we want to look into the other shops first, to find the one piece for us. He seemed understandable and still friendly. After 2-3 hours exhausted from several stops, we felt kind of overwhelmed by all the offers we got. Nearly starting to leave the island without a souvenir we visited Schiavon again. He showed us around again and after explaining our miserable experience of the last two hours he brought us up stairs that felt a bit like a secret area same size like the area we already examined downstairs. We finally found our piece there. I can’t say that we didn’t saw such beautiful designs before, but the sales man gave us very brief and good explanations and had a good understanding about what we’re looked for without pushing us too much. He engraved our carafe as we wished and all in all he took his time to lead us to our decision. We can recommend this shop because of good expertise in sale and high quality products.

The pieces found here were amazing, and after a short talk with the staff, we were allowed to enter into the back and watch the master-craftsmen at work. Talk about taking a full century step back in time. Why we continue to buy mass produced Chinese garbage over art like this I will never know...

On both visits, I had the chance to watch the creation of a cathedral vase and a wine decanter. The craftsmanship is incredible and the staff is VERY welcoming! Thank you for the chance of a lifetime to witness items coming to life at the hands of a master. Everything in the gallery is well worth taking the extra time to see...and purchase.
