Ho trovato tanta cordialità e un personale molto capace, disponibile e chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura! I went to this facility due to a serious eye injury suffered by my cat. I found a lot of cordiality and a very capable, helpful and clear in explanations staff. I absolutely recommend this property!

L'oculista consigliatoci dalla nostra veterinaria ci aveva proposto l'enucleazione dell'occhio ! Alla clinica Visionvet invece l'hanno sottoposta a un trattamento laser che ha permesso di salvare il suo occhietto! Non è stato semplice andare e tornare da Varese.... ma ne è valsa la pena e lo rifaremmo ! Sono profondamente grata al Dr. OSTAN e alla sua equipe ! Grazie per la professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia. Our beloved Labrador puppy was diagnosed with iris melanoma at 5 months. The ophthalmologist recommended to us by our veterinarian had proposed the enucleation of the eye! At the Visionvet clinic instead they subjected her to a laser treatment that saved her little eye! It was not easy to get to and from Varese .... but it was worth it and we would do it again! I am deeply grateful to Dr. OSTAN and his team! Thanks for the professionalism, availability and courtesy.

VERGOGNATEVI. E per citarla aggiungo anche che è vero, non prendersi le proprie responsabilità è più facile. Vi ricordate anche che mi avete consegnato il cane su una barella post intervento perché dopo l'anestesia il cane non si alzava in piedi? Aggiungo anche che si è alzato dopo 48h dall'intervento. Non affidate il vostro gatto o cane a questa fabbrica di soldi o se lo fatte per comodità provate a sentire anche un secondo parere... direi molto di più o meglio scriverei un libro con la certezza che potrebbe diventare "best seller". Prima mi accogli l'infermiere, poi mi fa visita la specializzanda e poi dopo arriva il medico. Capisco tutto ma le persone e gli stessi cani sono estenuati da tempi veramente eccessivi. Un po' meno grey's anatomy e più sostanza. I don't know how to pronounce myself, I had to wait 20 minutes for my dog's pupil to dilate and they called me in after an hour .... but only because I announced myself again otherwise I was still there waiting. First the nurse welcomes me, then the resident visits me and then the doctor arrives. I understand everything but people and the dogs themselves are exhausted by really excessive times. Personale nn professionale... Un esperienza super negativa... Spacciano coliri come acqua santa.... Una vera vergogna... Gli animali dovrebbero essere amati e rispettati, ci vorrebbe più umanità... Invece in questa clinica fanno business... VERGOGNATEVI Io avevo appuntamento il 4 di gennaio... Ne 23...ne il 24...ne 25..... Additandate i cani con il termine cattivi.... Il mio cane vi ricordo che lo avete visitato... Dilatato pupilla e poi un ora fuori al freddo... Perché in sala di attesa nn si rispettano le norme covid 19...ve lo segnalo...inoltre ho atteso tre ore... E io lavoro Come voi......in un ospedale.. E di questi periodi cari colleghi....
