Roberto e Cristina per la loro affidabilità, velocità, professionalità ed empatia nell'aver salvato per ben 3 volte il nostro gatto "Piccolino" dall'intossicazione alimentare causata da trappole per topi fuori dalla nostra abitazione. Grazie ancora di tutto!! PS. Piccolino è proprio un delinquente!! Ma lo amiamo alla follia!! Thanks to dr. Roberto and Cristina for their reliability, speed, professionalism and empathy in having saved our cat "Piccolino" 3 times from food poisoning caused by mouse traps outside our home. Thanks again for everything!! PS. Piccolino is really a criminal! But we love him madly !!

Ho mandato una mail venerdì sera alle 21, il sabato mattina alle 10.30 ero già nel loro studio, e in poco tempo avevo già risultati esami del sangue, urine, ecografia...tutto. La situazione del mio gatto purtroppo è grave, ma li ringrazierò sempre per la competenza, la rapidità, e l’ umanità ( cosa assolutamente non da tutti e non scontata) dimostrata verso il nostro Oscar e anche verso di noi. Super consigliato. E ancora grazie. I can only speak well of this clinic, the doctor and his wife. I sent an email on Friday evening at 21, on Saturday morning at 10.30 I was already in their study, and in a short time I already had results of blood tests, urine, ultrasound ... everything. Unfortunately, my cat's situation is serious, but I will always thank them for the competence, speed, and humanity (which is absolutely not for everyone and not taken for granted) demonstrated towards our Oscar and also towards us. Super recommended. And thanks again.

Esito esami del sangue dopo 20 minuti. Consiglio vivamente questa clinica veterinaria. I called on a Sunday morning for my 10 year old dog and the doctor met me after half an hour. Very kind and scrupulous. Blood test results after 20 minutes. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
m	maryganesh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del Dott Rossi , mi e’ piaciuta la sua schiettezza , non lo conoscevo ,ma mi sono sentita subito a mio agio . Mi ha ascoltato , ha visitato il cane, ma ha mantenuto un atteggiamento giudizioso e oggettivo , dalla prima visita e a seguire. Ho gradito l’aver fatto gli esami, in tempo reale e averli discussi insieme . Mi è piaciuta la dolcezza della dottoressa presente, amorevole , con il mio cucciolo ,per tutto il tempo ,che e’stato così tranquillizzato e ha collaborato in tutto. Negli approfondimenti diagnostici , gli esami eseguiti, fortunatamente ,escludevano patologie gravi . E ho apprezzato ,che non mi ha prescritto antinfiammatori a caso , o cortisone ,come fa la maggior parte dei veterinari, quando il caso non offre una diagnosi certa. Il Dott,si è posto in modo molto corretto, dandomi il suggerimento ,di restare in osservazione , e dare il tempo naturale al cucciolo di riprendersi, restando disponibile a contattarlo in qualsiasi momento ,se ci fosse stato un problema, ma anche di aggiornarlo su come si procedeva . Trovo questi atteggiamenti, di premura molto professionali e ne fanno per me un posto di fiducia , rispetto altre cliniche che ho frequentato , e dove si procede per tutti ,solo per protocollo standard , perdendo di vista il singolo caso. So di essere una cliente esigente , per ora non posso che parlarne bene . Il mio westino ,tempo una settimana e’ritornato in forma . E Ringrazio di cuore . Mary e Thor ❤️ I liked Dr. Rossi's frankness, I didn't know him, but I immediately felt at ease. He listened to me, visited the dog, but kept a judicious and objective attitude, from the first visit and following. I appreciated having done the exams, in real time and having discussed them together. I liked the sweetness of the doctor present, loving, with my puppy, all the time, who was so reassured and cooperated in everything. In the diagnostic investigations, the tests performed, fortunately, excluded serious pathologies. And I appreciated, that he didn't prescribe random anti-inflammatories, or cortisone, as most vets do, when the case doesn't offer a definite diagnosis. The Dott, has set himself very correctly, giving me the suggestion, to remain under observation, and give the puppy the natural time to recover, remaining available to contact him at any time, if there was a problem, but also to update him on how it went. I find these attitudes of concern very professional and they make it a place of trust for me, compared to other clinics I have attended, and where we proceed for everyone, only by standard protocol, losing sight of the single case. I know I am a demanding customer, for now I can only speak well of it. My westino, after a week is back in shape. And I sincerely thank you. Mary and Thor ❤️

I have been going to Dr. Rossi's for many years with my furry ones ... I don't even think about changing because I have always found professionalism and courtesy.
A	Alex Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte im Urlaub einen Notfall und musste mit meinem Hund in die Klinik. Das diese nicht nach deutschem Standard ausgestattet sein wird war mir klar. Allerdings war es extrem dreckig überall. Der Boden klebte und die Behandlungstische waren voller Tierhaare und schmutziger Kruste. Die behandelnde Ärztin war auch mehr mit ihrem Handy und WhatsApp beschäftigt als sich um meinen Hund zu kümmern. Alles in allem ein Besuch den ich mir gerne gespart hätte Nachtrag: aufgrund der Rückantwort ich wäre nicht in ihrer Klinik gewesen, ich kann gerne ein Foto der Rechnung posten und stelle nun auch Bilder von Innen ein! Had an emergency while on vacation and had to go to the clinic with my dog. It was clear to me that this would not be equipped according to German standards. However, it was extremely dirty everywhere. The floor was sticky and the treatment tables were covered in animal hair and dirty crust. The attending doctor was also more busy with her cell phone and WhatsApp than taking care of my dog. All in all, a visit that I would have gladly saved Addendum: due to the reply I would not have been in your clinic, I can post a photo of the invoice and now also post pictures of the inside!

Veloci a fare diagnosi e ahimè anche se non ci sia stato più nulla da fare (Yaya aveva 15 anni) sia il dottore che l’assistente sono stati immensamente carini e di supporto. Grazie mille del conforto in un momento così difficile ❤️ Superb .. Quick to diagnose and alas even if there was nothing more to do (Yaya was 15) both the doctor and the assistant were immensely nice and supportive. Il mio gattino aveva una gamba rotta a causa di un brutto incidente con una macchina. Hanno subito fatto gli esami e lo hanno ricoverato per una settimana. Tutti i giorni mi comunicavano come stava e mi mandavano sue foto. Lo hanno operato e si è ripreso benissimo! Non posso che ringraziarli! I was very happy! The doctors are kind and very helpful. I called for an emergency on a Sunday evening and they answered right away .. My kitten had a broken leg due to a bad accident with a car. They immediately took the exams and hospitalized him for a week. Every day they told me how he was and sent me photos of him. They operated on him and he recovered very well! I can only thank them!
