Lunedì ho fatto un tampone di controllo a casa e l'esito era positivo, martedì vado in Farmacia con accordo preso dal mio medico per aver una certezza in più. Mi fanno il tampone e risulta negativo, e la cosa mi sorge strana. Stamattina dalle 8 avrò chiamato 200 volte senza aver nessuna risposta.. ho rifatto un tampone a casa e magicamente è uscito positivo.. ora la domanda mi sorge spontanea; o siete incompetenti o vi state approfittando della gente soltanto per guadagnare dei soldi che dovete spendere in medicine voi... perché su queste cose non si scherza.. sopratutto con quelli che hanno fatto i tre vaccini. S	Salvatore Verdolino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa è l'unica farmacia nel persicetano dove, una volta effettuato il tampone, i documenti dei clienti vengono trattenuti altri 20 minuti, mantenendo difatti la clientela in ostaggio in attesa che operino le dovute registrazioni. A questo disservizio fa da aggravante l'atteggiamento svogliato ed incurante dei farmacisti: personalmente, come cliente, una volta che ho terminato e pagato non pretendo un vostro dispendioso "arrivederci e grazie" (visto che anche la pratica di salutare i clienti in arrivo vi è completamente sconosciuta) ma ritrovarmi invece una farmacista che strilla a pochi centimetri dalle mie orecchie per chiamare a gran voce (e per nome) il cliente successivo affinché si affretti, lo trovo maleducato e fuori luogo. Fatto tampone , il medico non ha mai cambiato i guanti disinfettato, blister tutti in fila, non riesci nemmeno a verificare il tuo nome. Con sempre indosso gli stessi guanti è andato a servire al banco consegnando farmaci ritirando soldi, tutto questo senza battere ciglio. Al risultato, dopo 40 minuti di attesa, chiedendo spiegazioni e chiedendo un ulteriore verifica mi è stato risposto che anche se negativa mi tenevo la segnalazione di positività. Ho pensato che io negativa in casa e chi positivo fuori, non fa una piega. Forse e dico forse ci vorrebbe più serietà ed un briciolo di modestia, chi lavora può sbagliare, riconoscere l’errore rende grandi . Good morning, bad pharmacy.
