Quanto mi manca la farmacia otesia ? in merito alla sua risposta le dico che questo riguarda la prima parte della discussione in cui la dott. mi contesta l'erogazione di 2 pomate per l'acne ok. ma usare parole come illegale lo trovo pesante da parte sua. 'la discussione è continuata su un' altra prescrizione in cui c 'era semplicemente un disguido che la dott.non mi ha fatto spiegare se non dopo 20 min, quindi cmq sia , a questo punto preferisco portare i miei soldi altrove. Atteggiamento (inutile) che voleva dimostrare superiorità da parte di chi sta dall’altro lato del bancone, insomma, il contrario del concetto di farmacia. Il luogo mi ha trasmesso un grande senso di disagio, personale egoista e che si diverte a fare questioni per il nulla più totale.. sconsigliata come farmacia, sicuramente non tornerò più. Tutti e dico TUTTI sono gentili , disponibili e professionali SEMPRE ! Mi mancano i video della Dottoressa , sempre pronta a dare consigli. Ma capisco che ci vuole del tempo e non sempre si riesce a gestire tutto. Le dottoresse sono carine. Abbiamo aspettato 15 minuti in ambulatorio per esito. Una volta scesi in farmacia servizio lento. la vostra operatrice andava avanti e indietro con il nostro foglio e chiedeva informazioni al collega. un po’ maleducata! E girava senza mascherina!
