Stasera ore 19:58 i due farmacisti hanno gia' chiuso la porta a vetri (nonostante il cartello annunci l'apertura fino alle 20) e si intrattengono a chiaccherare fino alle 20:08 con un cliente (che fanno infine uscire dal retro) mentre io per 10 minuti cerco invano di farmi aprire per prendere farmaci antidolorifici intramuscolo che mi ha appena ordinato il medico. Posso battere i pugni sulla porta, invocare aiuto, suonare il campanello quanto mi pare. I due ignorano bellamente ogni mia richiesta di aiuto. Sono costretta a recarmi a Piumazzo guidando con un male terribile per trovare un'altra farmacia, quando in realta' avrebbero potuto aiutarmi loro. Mai piu' mi vedranno entrare in quella farmacia e mai piu' vedranno i miei soldi. Il vecchio Dottor Gulmanelli si faceva in quattro per un paziente che aveva bisogno. Questi due sono stati di una insensibilita' unica. Terrible experience. Tonight at 19:58 the two pharmacists have already closed the glass door (despite the sign announcing the opening until 8.00 pm) and entertain themselves to chat until 8:08 pm with a customer (who finally let them out of the back) while I try in vain for 10 minutes to get myself opened to take pain medication intramusculum that my doctor just ordered me. I can beat my fists on the door, call for help, ring the bell as much as I want. The two ignore my request for help beautifully. I am forced to go to Piumazzo driving with a terrible evil to find another pharmacy, when in reality they could have helped me. Never again will they see me go into that pharmacy and never see my money again. Old Doctor Gulmanelli went out of his way for a patient he needed. These two were of a unique insensitivity.

Excellent pharmacy, I do not give 5 stars ONLY because taking the line on the phone seems to call Raffaella at the time ... otherwise it would be 5 stars.
A	Andreea Oprea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚠️⚠️Lo stesso tampone (da fare a casa)- disp. medico hotgen 2019- Nico AG, comprato in 14 gennaio'22 nella Farmacia del Forte lo pagato 5,90€, invece nella farmacia Gulmanelli , mio marito la pagato 12,90, in 15 gennaio'22. Nella foto si vede che e la stessa marca. Addirittura come risposta , ho ricevuto, che loro non sono tenuti a dire il prezzo, se non viene chiesto... totale indifferenza... Mio marito per ben due volte e stato trattato male, dalla stessa persona, senza un perché. ‼️ Consiglio - Non comprate sulla fiducia, prima fatevi dire il prezzo di ogni prodotto che volete acquistare. Però ancora prima informatevi ..... visto che c'è libero mercato ? ⚠️⚠️ The same pad (to do at home) - avail. doctor hotgen 2019- Nico AG, bought in January 14'22 in the Pharmacy del Forte paid € 5.90, instead in the Gulmanelli pharmacy, my husband paid 12.90, in January 15'22. In the photo we see that it is the same brand. Even as an answer, I received, that they are not required to say the price, if not asked ... total indifference ... My husband has been treated badly twice, by the same person, without a reason. ‼ ️ Advice - Don't buy on trust, first ask yourself the price of each product you want to buy. But even before that, find out ..... since there is a free market ?
