Ci sono tante farmacie a Cento..se ogni volta bisogna perdere mezz'ora.. Devastating slowness. Poor clarity in the tickets for the cup or pharmacy rows. Staff who get lost in chatting with customers too much. There are many pharmacies in Cento .. if every time you have to lose half an hour ..

Tutti, dai Proprietari ai Dipendenti sono disponibili e preparati, mai una volta che non abbia avuto risposta ai quesiti che ponevo,pur senza mai sorpassare il parere del medico. I had never seen a pharmacy so well stocked with niche items. Everyone, from the Owners to the Employees are available and prepared, never once they have not had an answer to the questions I asked, without ever surpassing the doctor's opinion.

Siete in almeno 5/6 dipendenti e non c’è neanche UNO SOLO di voi che abbia la decenza e il rispetto di rispondere. Tutte le volte mi tocca richiamare più e più volte di fila, così che quando VI STANCATE di sentire il telefono suonare allora date udienza. Dal vivo in negozio non ne parliamo proprio, file fino alla porta d’ingresso perfino alle 8.30 del mattino. Sinceramente se tutte le volte devo impazzire per avere udienza o perdere 3 ore lì, dentro ad una farmacia, io molto semplicemente, LA CAMBIO. Posso capire un paio di persone come posso capire che a volte non rispondiate perché siete pieni, ma SEMPRE NO e in più alcuni vostri dipendenti fanno anche i maleducati. I give you a star for pity. Every time I have to call back over and over again in a row, so that when you get tired of hearing the phone ring then you give an audience. Live in the shop we don't really talk about it, queues up to the front door even at 8.30 in the morning. Honestly, if every time I have to go crazy to have an audience or lose 3 hours there, inside a pharmacy, I very simply, CHANGE IT. I can understand a couple of people how I can understand that sometimes you don't answer because you are full, but ALWAYS NO and in addition some of your employees are also rude.
E	Eleonora Campanini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 19.29 ero nel panico più assoluto perché non riuscivo a compilare "imuga" per partire ,l'indomani , per le Maldive , perché non risultava il QR code del tampone del mio compagno effettuato il giorno prima in un laboratorio di analisi....si sono guardate tra loro , per un istante ,le dottoresse presenti e hanno detto " ma si che glielo facciamo anche se dovevamo essere già a casa , devono partire assolutamente ed hanno effettuato immediatamente il tampone ... Che dire grazie mille siete come sempre infinitamente uniche professionali e non per ultimo gentili , cosa non scontata in questto periodo ❤️❤️❤️ At 19.29 I was in absolute panic because I could not fill in "imuga" to leave the next day for the Maldives, because the QR code of my partner's swab was not shown, carried out the day before in an analysis laboratory .... the doctors present looked at each other for a moment and said "but yes, we do it even if we had to be already at home, they absolutely have to leave and they swab immediately ... In questi momenti di grande impegno per loro , ho trovato attenzione e ascolto ai miei bisogni. Well-stocked, well-organized pharmacy with competent and always available staff. Open all day and also on Sundays. In these moments of great commitment for them, I have found attention and listening to my needs.
