Gregorio oltre ad essere una persona cordialissima e anche empatico...mi ha spiegato tutto con pazienza e professionalità...e la stessa cosa ha fatto il medico anestesista!consiglio questa clinica oltretutto la refertazione è arrivata dopo pochissimi giorni!sono veramente bravi!grazie Courteous and professional! I took my buldog for a CT scan and a biopsy, Dr. Gregorio in addition to being a very cordial and also empathetic person ... he explained everything to me with patience and professionalism ... and the anesthetist did the same thing! I recommend this clinic plus the report arrived after a few days! They are really good! thank you

Ritengo doveroso e giusto fare i più sinceri ringraziamenti alla Dott.ssa LAURA ZAGNOLI Gastroenterologa. Ringraziarla per tutto quello che ha fatto per mia figlia pelosa Athena. (Si mia figlia, perché per quanto mi riguarda, i nostri Pelosi sono figli o fratelli una volta che entrano a fare parte della famiglia.) Grazie per la sua sensibilità, delicatezza nel comunicarci l'esito della malattia di mia figlia pelosa. Grazie per la sua professionalità e amore verso il suo lavoro. Un ringraziamento è doveroso farlo anche alla Dott.ssa FEDERICA GAMBINI Cardiologia. Che mi è stata vicina nel momento più terribile e doloroso, quello che non vorremmo mai e poi mai che succedesse. Athena sarà sempre al mio fianco e sempre nel mio cuore l'ho amata e l'amo così tanto anche se non è più tra noi. Concludendo, desidero aggiungere che sono sicura che anche Athena, se fosse ancora tra noi, vi batterebbe un cinque in segno di ringraziamento per tutto quello che avete fatto per salvarle la vita. Tutti, dal primo all'ultimo, sono stati gentilissimi ed a disposizione durante tutta la degenza del nostro amato cagnolino. Grazie ancora I can't stop thanking all the staff at this clinic enough for saving my dachshund Biscuit. Everyone, from the first to the last, was very kind and available throughout the hospitalization of our beloved dog. Thanks again

La mia gattina è morta dopo un intervento troppo pesante e invasivo che i medici hanno "piazzato" come un prodotto da vendere senza una onesta analisi della fragilità della gattina. Non tolgo meriti a chi le può essere stato vicino in quei 3 giorni dopo l'operazione, ma resta il fatto che ora lei è morta come non meritava sola e piena di tubi. A volte essere onesti nel non poter fare, sarebbe molto più ammirevole di false speranze. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. My kitten died after a too heavy and invasive surgery that the doctors "placed" as a product to be sold without an honest analysis of the kitten's fragility. I do not take away the merits of those who may have been close to her in those 3 days after the operation, but the fact remains that now she is dead as she did not deserve alone and full of tubes. Sometimes being honest in not being able to do it would be much more admirable than false hopes.

Dovrei trovare la scala in negativo delle stelle! Se avessi fatto la diagnosi io sarei stata più accurata e onesta. Sono disgustata dalla vostra non professionalità... È disonestà. Sapete solo lucrare. Ora mi rivolgerò a chi di competenza. Un consiglio a tutti NON VENITE QUI MAI Putting a star is exaggerated given the treatment given to my dog who arrived crying and I am bringing him back crying elsewhere where professionalism and competence are at home. I should find the negative scale of the stars! If I had made the diagnosis I would have been more accurate and honest. I am disgusted by your unprofessionalism ... It is dishonesty. Comodi per una vaccinazione o esami di routine, mas non per gestire casistiche complicate in quanto il continuo turn over di persone non consente di avere un dottore di riferimento con il quale affrontare tutto. La segretaria è lenta e scocciata. Ho pagato 700€ per una tac del mio cane morente: avevo bisogno di avere il referto per provare a salvare leggermente la situazione ma nonostante mi fosse stato promesso in tre giorni, non hanno rispettato le tempistiche. in ogni caso dopo aver pagato così tanto per un esame pretendo che il referto mi sia dato almeno in giornata.
