Il dottore che le ha seguite ha capito immediatamente come risolvere la questione. Da premiare anche l'atteggiamento verso le 2 pazienti, trattate con affetto e simpatia. Top!

Ha paura dei cani, non li sa toccare, ha fatto il certificato di buona salute senza nemmeno visitare il mio cane, e ha anche sbagliato a non scrivere il certificato sul passaporto e sono dovuta tornare a dirglielo io. non ha saputo fare la visita alle orecchie perchè dovevo io tenere il cane fermo. Si vede che gli interessa solo prendere i soldi, infatti consiglia dei medicinali che lui stesso vende. Consiglio di andare solo il martedì perché c'è il più anziano. io comunque non ci andrò mai piú.

We see that he is only interested in taking the money, in fact he recommends medicines that he himself sells. I recommend going only on Tuesdays because there is the oldest. I will never go there anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata la prima volta in questo ambulatorio veterinario e siamo davvero soddisfatti. Il Dottor Baldrati è molto competente, empatico e paziente. Nonostante il cagnolino fosse agitato, è riuscito a fare tutto quello che c'era da fare, cosa per niente scontata in altri ambulatori. Ci ha dato anche un sacco di consigli utili. Super consigliato.
It was the first time in this vet clinic and we are really satisfied. Doctor Baldrati is very competent, empathetic and patient. Although the little dog was agitated, he managed to do everything there was to do, which is not at all obvious in other clinics. He also gave us a lot of useful advice. Super recommended.

Vado in questo studio da anni, perché mi avevano raccomandato il Veterinario che lo gestiva.
Ora lo studio è passato ad una nuova generazione di Veterinari, ma continuo a portare qui i miei cani: i dottori sono preparati, disponibili e premurosi con i pazienti. Danno consigli a 360° sulla salute degli animali, sia a livello fisico che psicologico. Oltre alle normali visite di routine, in caso di problemi (o presunti problemi, si sa che molti "genitori" di animali si preoccupano con poco) sono sempre disponibili e attenti nell'indagare sulle cause alla radice, piuttosto che prescrivere farmaci a caso.
In più occasioni mi hanno anche regalato i campioncini di farmaci e prodotti consigliati per diverse esigenze, mentre oggi mi hanno suggerito una serie di video di Youtube per aiutare la mia cagnolina a superare la paura dei temporali.
Assolutamente consigliati!

I have been going to this office for years, because I had been recommended by the veterinarian who ran it.
Now the practice has passed to a new generation of Veterinarians, but I continue to bring my dogs here: the doctors are prepared, available and caring with patients. They give 360 ° advice on animal health, both physically and psychologically. In addition to the normal routine visits, in case of problems (or alleged problems, it is known that many "parents" of animals do not care much) they are always available and attentive in investigating the root causes, rather than prescribing drugs at random.
On several occasions they also gave me samples of drugs and products recommended for different needs, while today they suggested a series of Youtube videos to help my dog overcome the fear of thunderstorms.
Absolutely recommended!
