★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella mia esperienza, questa clinica è meravigliosa! La mia cagnolina che ha diversi problemi è stata operata qui e viene seguita da equipe mediche di diverse specializzazioni. Per ciascuna, Il livello di competenze ed assistenza è altissimo. In più sono delicati e dolci con le bestiole ed hanno anche una grande sensibilità e rispetto nel trattare il proprietario dell'animale, di cui capiscono perfettamente il travaglio. Sono sempre disponibili, anche per email, rispondono immediatamente e non si viene mai lasciati soli. Si vede proprio che amano gli animali e che hanno fatto questo mestiere per passione. Anche la parcella, considerati anche tutti gli esami clinici le lastre e le ecografie ed in più i giorni di degenza postoperatoria, è stata Inferiore a quello che mi aspettavo.
In my experience, this clinic is wonderful! My dog who has several problems has been operated on here and is being followed by medical teams of different specializations. For each, the level of skills and assistance is very high. In addition, they are delicate and sweet with animals and also have great sensitivity and respect in treating the owner of the animal, whose labor they understand perfectly. They are always available, even by email, they respond immediately and you are never left alone. It is clear that they love animals and that they did this job out of passion. Even the fee, also considering all the clinical examinations, x-rays and ultrasound scans and in addition the days of postoperative hospitalization, was lower than what I expected.

Purtroppo il mio Alex non c'è più, ma solo loro mi hanno saputo dare una diagnosi, pur brutta che fosse, e il supporto necessario, nonostante io abiti in provincia di Reggio Emilia.
Dovrebbero esistere e finanziare più strutture così e ci vorrebbero più persone preparate in questo modo nel nostro paese. GRAZIE ANCORA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio compagno ed io ci aspettavamo più umanità da parte loro ma dopo aver diagnosticato un tumore al nostro cagnolino e dopo vari solleciti per ricevere risposte, ci è stato semplicemente detto di rivolgerci al centro oncologico di Sasso Marconi. Nient'altro, ci aspettavamo un consulto di persona dove magari spiegarci e/o consigliarci come comportarci con il nostro pelosino. Pensavamo che la loro competenza andasse oltre ad eseguire esami (aggiungo e a quale costo)...ma no tutto qui. Forse siamo noi che abbiamo troppe pretese, forse....
My partner and I expected more humanity from them but after having diagnosed our little dog with cancer and after several reminders for answers, we were simply told to contact the cancer center in Sasso Marconi. Nothing else, we expected a consultation in person where maybe explain and / or advise us how to behave with our pelosino. We thought that their competence went beyond carrying out exams (I add and at what cost) ... but not all here. Maybe we are the ones who have too many demands, maybe ....
