★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo esprimere un’opinione molto negativa. L’unico aspetto positivo è la disponibilità a parlare con te, ma se poi non sono in grado di fare diagnosi e curare l’animale, meglio andare altrove. Hanno perso tempo con inutili esami ripetuti (ecografie che non evidenziavano nulla) per poi, dopo tre settimane, quando finalmente hanno fatto l’unica cosa sensata, ovvero una biopsia, ti dicono che è troppo tardi per provare a curare l’animale e ti chiedono l’autorizzazione all’iniezione. La sensazione è che si sia in mano a studenti che fanno esperienza sugli animali e che, non essendo idonei a certi tipi di esami, si prenda tempo, con il risultato che il linfoma non è stato più curabile. Avrò per sempre il rimpianto di essermi affidato alla struttura sbagliata: se fossi andato da una struttura di professionisti esperti, ho la convinzione che avrebbero agito tempestivamente e curato l’animale, mentre qua ci sono ragazzi di buona volontà, che magari per qualche patologia non rilevante possono andare bene, ma se si tratta di patologie serie, sono inadeguati. Peraltro devo evidenziare anche una reticenza a consegnare gli esami effettuati e a riconsegnare l’animale per consentirmi di andare da altra clinica veterinaria: hanno sempre evitato l’operazione, dicendo che non era il caso di spostarlo, che era debole, ecc. Anche in questo caso ho il rimpianto che avrei dovuto forzare la mano, prendermi l’animale e portarlo altrove: e per l’esito degli esami, bisogna minacciare di non pagare, altrimenti accampano sempre delle scuse per consegnarli. In conclusione, se in futuro avrò un altro animale e dovrò curarlo, non andrò mai più alla Clinica Veterinaria di Ozzano.
Unfortunately I have to express a very negative opinion. The only positive aspect is the willingness to talk to you, but if they are unable to diagnose and treat the animal, it is better to go elsewhere. They wasted time with repeated unnecessary examinations (ultrasound scans that showed nothing) and then, after three weeks, when they finally did the only sensible thing, that is a biopsy, they tell you that it is too late to try to cure the animal and you ask for the injection authorization. The feeling is that it is in the hands of students who experience animals and who, not being suitable for certain types of exams, take time, with the result that the lymphoma was no longer curable. I will always regret having entrusted myself to the wrong structure: if I had gone to a structure of experienced professionals, I am convinced that they would have acted promptly and treated the animal, while here there are guys of good will, who perhaps for some pathology do not relevant may be fine, but if we are dealing with serious pathologies, they are inadequate. However, I must also highlight a reluctance to deliver the tests carried out and to return the animal to allow me to go to another veterinary clinic: they always avoided the operation, saying that it was not necessary to move it, that it was weak, etc. Also in this case I have the regret that I would have had to force my hand, take the animal and take it elsewhere: and for the outcome of the exams, you have to threaten not to pay, otherwise they always make excuses to deliver them. In conclusion, if in the future I have another animal and I have to treat it, I will never go to the Veterinary Clinic of Ozzano again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porgono molta attenzione alle diagnosi, la comunicazione avviene successivamente via mail, con gli specialisti del caso e, se richiesto contatto telefonico, chiamano loro.
Io, purtroppo, ho avuto bisogno dell'oncologia e ringrazio la dottoressa Marconato e tutti i suoi collaboratori.
A Reggio Emilia non esistono cliniche per animali così, purtroppo, ma ce ne vorrebbero davvero tante, soprattutto con tale personale competente, che, nonostante l'immenso afflusso di clienti, cerca di fare il meglio per i nostri amati animali.
Il mio Alex non c'è più, ma sarebbe stato molto peggio perderlo in modo violento e senza sapere il perché.
Prezzi buoni, si paga come un ticket.
Grazie a tutti per la vostra professionalità e attenzione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miei cani sono stati sempre seguiti dalla Clinica Veterinaria Universitaria, uno dei due è stato anche ricoverato in semintensiva e seguito per diversi anni in Cardiologia. Sono bravissimi, competenti ed estremamente capaci. Uno dei miei cani è anche donatore di sangue, di cui c'è sempre estrema necessità! Altri due vantaggi sono aperti sempre 24 ore su 24 anche in festivo e possono far fronte a qualsiasi urgenza. Inoltre i prezzi sono estremamente vantaggiosi. La struttura è a padiglioni con una grande estensione, con grandi spazi verdi e un ampio parcheggio. L'altra garanzia sono il personale sempre aggiornato e le apparecchiature all'avanguardia. Una clinica che è una sicurezza assoluta.
