★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cane in clinica per grave problema neurologico: esperienza ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista, dalla diagnosi, al follow up, al costo, al rapporto medico-paziente, come del resto sperimentato in altre occasioni. Importante garantire sostegno a strutture del genere ed evitare che risentano della crisi del sistema universitario nazionale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cari e non hanno risolto nulla. Propongono esami su esami anche in urgenza e per l’urgenza paghi il 40 % in più . Dai il consenso all urgenza e in tutta risposta aspetti ... più di un’ora . Mi sembra che chi accolga non sappia come destreggersi ( altra cosa sono i prof che però vedi solo nelle specialistiche ) intanto prima di arrivarci .. paghi e paghi e paghi ... facciamo questo , poi questo ... in sostanza ho pagato e non hanno risolto nulla . Se il gatto muore faccio causa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno tenuto la mia gattina in isolamento per 3 giorni per farle esami per cercare di capire il perché della sua gastroenterite. Dopo 3 giorni e più di 300 euro non hanno capito nulla e sono andata a riprenderla. Risultato: soldi buttati, nessuna diagnosi e gattina terrorizzata a vita! Non portate i vostri animali qui!!
They kept my kitten in solitary confinement for 3 days for tests to try to understand the reason for her gastroenteritis. After 3 days and more than 300 euros they didn't understand anything and I went to get it back. Result: money wasted, no diagnosis and a kitten terrified for life! Don't bring your pets here !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto l'impressione che l'unica cosa a cui pensavano era solo quella di cercare di guadagnare più soldi possibili....dopo aver speso 400 euro tra rx, ecografia ed esami vari mi dicono di fare la risonanza al cane perché non riuscivano a capire cosa potesse avere. (Il cane non riusciva a camminare perché paralizzato da un lato del corpo). Faccio fare la risonanza (900 euro) in una struttura indicatami da loro e mi sento dire ancora una volta che la situazione "non é ancora chiara". Mi propongono un intervento esplorativo (altri soldi). Nel frattempo il cane si era paralizzato del tutto e detto dal mio veterinario la risonanza parlava chiaro, non c'era niente da fare ...ma loro mi proponevano comunque altri esami.
Oltretutto chi ci ha seguito non é stata neanche tanto cortese.
Non lo consiglio a nessuno.

In the meantime the dog was completely paralyzed and my vet told me the MRI was clear, there was nothing to be done ... but they still offered me other tests.
Moreover, those who followed us were not even so courteous.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chi si lamenta che è cara é meglio che faccia un preventivo con altre strutture private.
Come in tutti i luoghi pubblici ci sono sempre chi é bravo e chi meno. Tutti comunque pensano al benessere dell'animale e li trattano con affetto come se fosse il loro.
Chi si lamenta dei traumi psicologici...possono capitare più che altro ad i gatti...perché non piace stare chiusi in gabbia.
Certe terapie sono inevitabili in qualunque struttura veterinaria.
Non è vero che si pensa solo ad i soldi. Gli studenti non prendono niente e gli specialisti neppure lo stipendio è sempre quello.
Ci sono tante malattie infezioni ecc...molto difficile fare una diagnosi. Gli esami escludo altre complicanze...perché chi si rivolge all'università veterinaria è quasi sempre già passato dal proprio veterinario...i casi più critici e complicati arrivano alla clinica.
Tutti sperano sempre in un miracolo.

It is not true that we only think about money. The students don't get anything and the specialists aren't always the same salary either.
There are so many diseases, infections etc ... very difficult to make a diagnosis. The exams exclude other complications ... because those who go to the veterinary university have almost always already gone to their vet ... the most critical and complicated cases arrive at the clinic.
Everyone always hopes for a miracle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura. Medici con ottime preparazioni e con ottima relazione con i pazienti. Noi ci siamo rivolti a loro per un intervento di laparoscopia per sterilizzare la nostra cagnolina. Un centro all'avanguardia. Anche a livello economico. Abbiamo speso 1/3 rispetto a quanto richiestoci da una clinica di Ferrara.
Excellent structure. Doctors with excellent preparations and excellent relationship with patients. We turned to them for a laparoscopy operation to sterilize our little dog. A cutting-edge center. Even at an economic level. We spent 1/3 of what was required from a clinic in Ferrara.

Non è a buonissimo mercato ma rispetto ad altre cliniche private è più economico, ci sono dottori incredibilmente competenti e hanno possibilità di fare cose che nessun altro ha. Hanno regalato due anni di vita alla mia gatta che era data per morta. Purtroppo il fatto di andarli a trovare non implica mai belle premesse, ma nonostante tutto il viaggio vale sempre la pena. Consigliato a tutti quelli che hanno animali con patologie complesse, se non riescono a curarli qui probabilmente non ci riesce nessuno.
For me these guys are the best. It is not very cheap but compared to other private clinics it is cheaper, there are incredibly competent doctors and they have the ability to do things that no one else has. They gave two years of life to my cat who was given up for dead. Unfortunately, the fact of visiting them never implies good conditions, but despite all the journey it is always worthwhile. Recommended for all those who have animals with complex diseases, if they can't cure them here, probably nobody can.
