Deve aspettare, rimango scioccato... poi chiamano e mi chiedono se sono stato mandato da un certo signor lunghi o longi Come se questo potesse agevolare la mia situazione come raccomandazione per poter passare, in tutto questo senza nemmeno uscire a vedere il cane, pessimi, atteggiento vergognoso... e mi fermo qui...

La struttura sarà anche bella e aperta "di notte" (50 euro solo per accomodarti) ma il personale non è proprio dei più competenti... Ho portato la mia gattina sabato notte per una forte tosse e mi hanno diagnosticato una forte infiammazione alla vescica... Ho dovuto comprare antidolorifico e antibiotico per curare qualcosa che non aveva... Per fortuna il lunedì mattina ho portato la piccola dalla veterinaria che mi ha confermato che non c è assolutamente nessun problema alla vescica !! Unfortunately the minimum is to give a star but I would not have given even one ... The structure will also be nice and open "at night" (50 euros just to accommodate you) but the staff is not really the most competent ... I took my kitten on Saturday night for a severe cough and I was diagnosed with severe inflammation in the bladder ... I had to buy painkiller and antibiotic to cure something he didn't have ... Luckily on Monday morning I took the little girl to the vet who confirmed that there is absolutely no problem with her bladder !!

Dopo circa un mese dalla " guarigione" ha avuto un ascesso, così ho deciso di portarla presso questa clinica , e mi sono trovata benissimo. La dottoressa Schiavone, è una persona preparata e cordiale, si vede proprio che ama gli animali,le ha fatto una bella visita e ha individuato subito il problema, dovuto a una sorta di allergia ai punti interni. L'ho portata altre volte a controllo, e non ha mai voluto il compenso, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Anche a telefono sono molto gentili e mai frettolosi.Al controllo è stata visitata anche da un altro veterinario,anche lui ineccepibile.Davvero un'ottima professionista e un'ottima clinica.Grazie di tutto. About a month after "healing" she had an abscess, so I decided to take her to this clinic, and I had a great time. Doctor Schiavone is a well-trained and friendly person, you can see that she loves animals, she paid her a nice visit and immediately identified the problem, due to a sort of allergy to internal points. I took her to check before, and she never wanted the fee, which I really appreciated. Even on the phone they are very kind and never rushed. At the check-up she was also visited by another veterinarian, who was also flawless. Really an excellent professional and an excellent clinic. Thank you for everything.

Hanno fatto di tutto per curarla e dopo una lunga terapia ora la mia gatta sta bene e vi ringrazia tutti di cuore! They saved my Leyla!
