Unica pecca (ma posso capire perché lo fanno) è che hanno riportano le informazioni del mio animale in maniera troppo tecnica, non dandomi la possibilità di capire a pieno se lei stesse migliorando o peggiorando (immagino per non dare false speranze), però fanno il loro lavoro alla grande. A well-equipped clinic with efficient, kind and capable staff, they saved my Ruby's life, there wouldn't have been without them. Il sospetto era un avvelenamento o un problema respiratorio, hanno fatto tutte le analisi ed è stato confermato l avvelenamento. Gli hanno fatto un ottima terapia e adesso il gatto è guarito. Inoltre per portare via il mio cane mi OBBLIGANO a firmare un modulo rifiuto ricovero cose stra , in attesa di avergli fatto qualche sirinda pago il totale di 120.00 euro IN ATTESA DI RICEVUTA non si parla propri .al mio avviso concludopersone gentili ma senza cuore ,e attaccati ai soldi ? ? e poi chi sie visto se visto senza cosa da pazzi ???
