Ho trovato fin da subito un'enorme umanità ed empatia da parte dell'amministratore del centro Michele e di tutte le dottoresse presenti. Hanno curato con professionalità, tatto e simpatia la mia cagnolona, rimettendomela in piedi nonostante un quadro clinico poco incoraggiante. Ringrazio in particolare la Dott.ssa Carla che con grande competenza e professionalità è stata sempre disponibile a placare le mie ansie e a rispondere alle mie mille domande. Fantastica equipe, grazie! I state that I am not from Avellino and I met this place "by chance", looking for someone who urgently did an ultrasound scan to my run-down old woman. I immediately found enormous humanity and empathy on the part of the center administrator Michele and all the doctors present. They treated my dog with professionalism, tact and sympathy, putting her back on her feet despite a not very encouraging clinical picture. In particular, I thank Dr. Carla who, with great competence and professionalism, has always been available to allay my anxieties and to answer my thousand questions. Fantastic team, thank you!

Il mio Jonny sta molto meglio con la cura prescritta. Lo consiglio vivamente. 10 e lode. I took my Beagle to visit this facility as he is suffering from pain in his left hind leg ? and I can safely say that the veterinarians are very knowledgeable and professional. My Jonny is much better off with the prescribed medication. I highly recommend it. 10 and praise.

Al cane è stata fatta una radiografia, un’ecocardiografia e due siringhe di diuretico. La delusione è avvenuta al momento del pagamento. I veterinari che hanno seguito il cane hanno detto al gerente Michele che dovevamo pagare soltanto l’ecocardiografia, che ha un costo di 80 euro e questo rispecchiava il modo di operare di Maria Lidia che cercava sempre di venirti incontro( abbiamo letto i tariffari dopo su internet e chiamato anche un altro centro veterinario a Monteforte per verificare l’esattezza dei dati raccolti su internet e ci hanno detto che un’ecocardiografia costa 80 euro) ed invece abbiamo pagato tutte prestazioni che il cane ha ricevuto sborsando 130 euro e illudendoci di aver pagato solo un’ecocardiografia come si è evinto dopo dalla fattura dove sono presenti le voci ecocardiografia, radiografia e terapie. Scrivo questa recensione perché mi sono sentito raggirato e perché ricordo che quando c’era Maria Lidia il centro era diverso, era da cinque stelle per me. Avevo telefonato per effettuare un test rapido per la Leishmania, dopo l'attesa di circa un'ora per attendere la conferma dell'appuntamento rifiutano di effettuare il test perché non volevano prendersi la "responsabilità" di darmi un test poco affidabile essendo rapido nonostante io ne fossi perfettamente consapevole. E comunque, quando si chiude una telefonata il cliente almeno si saluta. Not very professional and available, I put a star because unfortunately zero stars cannot be added.
