Alla clinica San Francesco sono davvero gentili e disponibili, anche al telefono. Nonostante la gattina di cui mi prendo cura (caso complicato per tanti motivi e non guaribile) l'abbia portata una sola volta (e poi ad un controllo), ancora la ricordano e gentilmente la stanno assistendo a distanza consigliandomi sul da farsi. Poter far affidamento su dei medici gentili è un grande conforto per chi è preoccupato della sorte e del dolore di un piccolo essere vivente. Grazie! Two months after the previous one, I am writing a new review, because professionalism, passion, empathy and love are not elements that can be taken for granted, all together, in a veterinary clinic. At the San Francesco clinic they are really kind and helpful, even on the phone. Although the kitten I take care of (complicated case for many reasons and not curable) has brought her only once (and then to a check-up), they still remember her and kindly they are assisting her from a distance, advising me on what to do. Being able to rely on kind doctors is a great comfort to anyone who is worried about the fate and pain of a small living being. Thank you!
