J	Jordi Masini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho aspettato un anno per scrivere la mia esperienza con loro, l'emotività non deve influenzare un resoconto che dovrebbe consigliare altri utenti. Però no, passati i mesi non posso altro che sconsigliare di portare il vostro cagnolino qua. Confermo quanto dicono altri sui prezzi:alti, esagerati. Si dividono tra veterinari, oncologi, ortopedici come un ospedale per umani, e paghi per ognuno. Ma dopo 3 settimane, due TAC e 1 RMN (e qualche migliaio di euro) non avevano riconosciuto una discospondilite tra tutti. Me lo hanno rimandato a casa due volte, con morfina la prima nonostante PCR 12 volte il limite.12. La seconda era ormai in setticemia, ricoverato e imbottito di oppioidi me lo hanno reso scheletrico(da30a21kg). Poi poco a poco, a casa, lo abbiamo riportato alla vita. Ultima visita prima di interrompere la cura: RX spedita per whatsapp da infermiera a neurologo,cura sospesa. Siamo felici finalmente. Il resto è una storia brutta, perché per queste malattie le RX non servono. E il neurologo lo sa. Adesso anche io lo so. Quindi... Portate pure il vostro cane a fare gli esami, hanno i macchinari. Pagherete tanto ma vabeh. Però io non vi consiglio di fare curare il vostro cane lì. Con noi hanno sbagliato tutto, ma proprio tutto. Tranne il conto.

Ho due gatti che in poco tempo hanno avuto diversi problemi e mi sono interfacciato con altri medici. Con stupore sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto, ogni medico di questa struttura è veramente competente. In primis abbiamo conosciuto il Dottor Raschi che miracolosamente ha rimesso in piedi il mio gattino con più fratture scomposte alla zampa..una volta riportato a casa chiedeva foto continue per verificare lui stesso l'andamento delle mie cure. Tutt' ora siamo in cura con il dott.Antognetti anche lui persona speciale e davvero bravo, purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un problema cardiaco seguito da versamenro pleurico. Al .momento me l'ha rimesso a nuovo, e il gatto ha reagito davvero bene, anche se purtroppo con il cuore non esistono miracoli. Non ci sono parole per ringraziare ogni medico di questa struttura! Da non dimenticare Paola Ottaiano I nostri piccoli pelosi hanno bisogno di medici come voi! Un grazie per quello che avete fatto e che state facendo Tutt' ora.!! TOP Clinic For years I have been followed by Dr. Lupi, a professional, competent person who is really good from all points of view. I have two cats who have had various problems in a short time and I have interfaced with other doctors. With amazement I was fully satisfied, every doctor of this facility is truly competent. First of all, we met Doctor Raschi who miraculously put my kitten back on his feet with multiple displaced paw fractures .. once brought home he asked for continuous photos to verify the progress of my treatments himself. Today we are being treated with Dr. Antognetti who is also a special person and really good, unfortunately we have encountered a heart problem followed by a pleural spill. At the moment he refurbished it for me, and the cat reacted really well, even if unfortunately there are no miracles with the heart. There are no words to thank every doctor at this facility! V	Valentina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non esiste miglior struttura della " Clinica Veterinaria Firenze Sud " Struttura sempre ordinata e al massimo della pulizia Un ringraziamento speciale al dottor Lupi e alla sua equipe Sempre disponibili, competenti preparati e una gentilezza e sensibilità senza eguali, sia nei confronti del paziente che del proprietario. Abbiamo portato il nostro gattino per un piccolo rigonfiamento pensando ad un corpo estraneo nella zampina, purtroppo non era così. prontamente si sono resi conto che la diagnosi non era poi così bella e semplice ma si trattava di un brutto malaccio. Si sono presi cura di lui e anche di noi soprattutto nel post operatorio. Intervento riuscito benissimo e ripresa del gatto al 100%. Non si scoraggiano e all'occorrenza si consultano senza dare nulla per scontato. Segretarie sempre educate e disponibili !! 5 stelle perché non posso darne di più!! Perché i nostri pelosetti sono il nostro tesoro inestimabile ed abbiamo bisogno di qualcuno che sappia prendersi cura di loro nel giusto modo. E poi ci siamo anche noi. Noi umani,che spesso siamo in ansiah per loro e abbiamo bisogno di capire,di poterci fidare. Ecco allora l'importanta di una squadra di veterinari capaci sotto tutti i punti di vista.Oscar ed io veniamo in questa clinica da anni ormai ed abbiamo trovato questo perfetto connubio,non manca mai la preparazione tecnica ma neanche un sorriso.Che fa sempre la differenza. G	Grazia Raffa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiego le motivazioni del basso punteggio: I primi di aprile il mio cane è stato visitato dalla Dott.ssa Ottaviano per problemi di ordine digestivo o presunti tali. Il costo della visita è stato decisamente alto, ma pur di curare il nostro cane ci siamo di buon grado sobbarcati questo onere. Sono stati eseguiti controlli ematici ed ecografia, dai quali non emergeva niente di particolarmente grave. È stata prescritta una terapia a base di gastroprotettori, che abbiamo seguito scrupolosamente come anche per quanto riguardo i consigli per l'alimentazione. Il cane continua a stare male e per tale motivo ci rivolgiamo nuovamente a voi. La dottoressa è in ferie, ci dite di scriverle una mail. Scriviamo, non ci risponde nessuno. Dopo molti giorni (20) vi chiediamo spiegazioni circa la mancata risposta, ci dite che può succedere... Per farla breve l'ultimo vostro feedback, dato dalla segretaria, è quello di portarvi di nuovo il cane per un'ecografia (?) e una visita con il gastroenterologo. Posso dire che non mi sento assolutamente in buone mani e non mi sento di consigliare il vostro centro

We were referred to the clinic by another veterinarian while traveling in Italy with our lovely old dog. He needed to be hospitalised for two days. He is on heart and kidney medication and we get special pill pockets for him, so for him taking the medication was always like a treat. No longer! We had carefully prepared his doses for the clinic, but rather than giving it to him as a treat, they forced it down his throat. The veterinarian with whom we talked when we picked him up told us so. The result is that he now refuses to take it even from us! During those two days the clinic never contacted us once and when we called the information we got was next to nothing. We suspect we know why, and the reason is that they just left him all alone in a cage. It also seems to us that he was left in his own excrement, something he has never ever had to do. We found our little dog with part of his FUR SHAVED OFF, presumably because that was easier to do than to give him a wash. Did they ask us if they can do that? Of course not!!!

The doctor was very attentive, made only necessary tests, provided us with a professional consultation and his treatment helped our dog. The medical assistant speaks English. Prices are good. We live in Cascina (Pisa) but this clinic is worth to go 1 hour if you want to have good level of medical service. Thank you!
