Dopo aver fatto notare ed aver chiesto come mai il prezzo di uno stesso articolo in un altro punto vendita buffetti era inferiore di ben 10 euro rispetto al loro mi è stato risposto che ognuno fa i prezzi che crede e che dovevo andarlo a comprare dall'altra parte.... Detto fatto! Peccato, hanno perso una cliente!

After pointing out and asking why the price of the same item in another buffetti store was 10 euros lower than theirs, I was told that everyone makes the prices they believe and that I had to go and buy it from the other part .... Mi é stato detto che avrebbero garantito assistenza solo per i prodotti venduti nel loro punto vendita e che avrei dovuto attivarmi direttamente con l'azienda tramite web. Pur non esistendo l'obbligo di prestare assistenza per i prodotti acquistati altrove, trovo che la loro politica aziendale denoti l'assoluta assenza di attenzione per il consumatore. Hanno perso due clienti
