Giovanni Lopez oltre a essere un veterinario, un professionista è una persona con un grande animo, amante degli animali. Il mio cane e i gatti che ho portato per vari controlli sono sempre stati tranquilli nelle visite. After touring several vets, I finally found who to entrust my furry ones (2 cats and 1 dog). Giovanni Lopez in addition to being a veterinarian, a professional is a person with a great soul, a lover of animals. My dog and the cats I took for various checkups have always been quiet during visits. Very professional in explaining the various problems, (without neglecting any detail), encountered in the visits. Tutti i nostri pelosi sono i suoi pazienti, non riuscirei a fidare a nessun altro la salute loro. Grazie mille! I was desperate to find a diagnosis for my older cat, Doctor Giovanni Lopez advised me, I can only say that from the first meeting I was able to find professionalism accompanied by sensitivity and empathy and therefore not only clinical ability but also and above all ability to understand the problem clearly, explaining each aspect with sensitivity. All our furry ones are his patients, I couldn't trust anyone else about their health. Thanks so much!

E	Ellen Selvidge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this clinic while traveling through Italy with our dog Gladys, who is of an advanced age and became increasingly decrepit over the course of our trip. We were terrified when one night she took a sudden turn for the worse, so we took her in a taxi around midnight after finding the location online. Doctor Pancrazi did his utmost to communicate with us an was extremely patient with our lack of Italian. He was also impressively warm in his manner and obviously concerned about Gladys, who we worried was at death’s door. To us, he was an absolute hero, doing everything he could for the next three hours to save our pet: a saline drip to hydrate and stabilize her, medicine to allay her diarrhea and pain, blood tests and organ scopes to check out her liver and kidneys, and a parasite test which eventually led to him prescribing an antibiotic that we believe is responsible for her improvement now that we’re back home in Zurich. Dr. Pancrazi went above and beyond—truly surprising for the treatment you’d expect from an after-hours, walk-in veterinary clinic at 3 o’clock in the morning! We’re extremely impressed with and appreciative of his services.

I felt he knew what he was doing and he gave our dog a thorough check up. He prescribed medication which worked after about five days. This is the vet our pet sitter uses. Would definitely go back.

On our way there our dog had trouble breathing and it turned into an emergency. They immediately helped us. All doctors spoke English well and they did absolutely everything in their power to save our dog’s life. He remained in a very critical condition and we had to leave him there for the night, in intensive care. Even thought it wasn’t easy to leave our dog, due to their professional and caring work attitude we felt confident to leave our dog in their hands. Now he is healthy and we are very grateful. He saw us immediately, he treated our dog very sweetly and with lots of patience and tender care, he even gave us the medications and spared us a trip to the pharmacy which closes early on Saturdays and our dog started getting better soon after! He even asked us to let him know by text if we needed anything else. Every time we've been there, we see a different doctor. All of them are great, but Dr. Mauro exceeded our expectations.
