★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il dottor Gandolfo gentile e disponibile, ma le dottoresse del pronto soccorso, sono sgarbate e senza il dono del sorriso, e sopratutto ti trattano con poca sensibilità per il caso. Io non andrò piu da loro, perche spendero' i miei soldi molto meglio altrove. Purtroppo Non hanno ben capito che lavorano per il privato pagante, e che pretende, solo comprensione per lui ed il suo animale..... che delusione !!
Doctor Gandolfo is kind and helpful, but the doctors in the emergency room are rude and without the gift of a smile, and above all they treat you with little sensitivity to the case. I will not go to them anymore, because I will spend my money much better elsewhere. Unfortunately they did not understand that they work for the paying private individual, and that he expects, only understanding for him and his pet ..... what a disappointment !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio Simba, pastore abruzzese è arrivato all'ospedale veterinario La Favorita di Ardea con grande difficoltà respiratoria, era grave ed io ormai avevo pensato che non potesse più uscire da quel posto che con prontezza avevano accolto...Il Dott. Roberto Lanci con competenza e assoluta professionalità lo ha salvato. Durante il ricovero tutto il personale medico e infermieristico è stato gentile e disponibile. Una struttura super attrezzata, un oasi nel deserto. Un grande ringraziamento al Dott. Lanci e a Davide il quale con pazienza e grande dedizione si sono presi cura del nostro Simba che ora si trova nella sua casa. Grazie di cuore a tutti

My Simba, an Abruzzese shepherd, arrived at the La Favorita veterinary hospital in Ardea with great breathing difficulties, he was serious and I had thought that he could no longer get out of that place that they had promptly welcomed ... Dr. Roberto Lanci with competence and absolute professionalism saved him. During the hospitalization, all the medical and nursing staff were kind and helpful.
