Ho avuto la fortuna di poter ricevere cure eccellenti e nondimeno conforto in ogni situazione che gli ho sottoposto. I miei 3 gatti ed il mio cane sono stati sempre seguiti con amore e dedizione perché ognuno dei veterinari che ho incontrato qui, oltre alla preparazione medica, brilla per amore verso gli animali che, si sa, fa la differenza. Che fosse per un vaccino, per il pronto soccorso o per una degenza ho sempre trovato un ambiente accogliente. Dal veterinario si va sempre poco volentieri ma qui si va un po’ più volentieri perché si ha la sensazione di lasciare il proprio animale in un ambiente sicuro e familiare. Mi sento veramente di consigliare questa clinica a tutti. È una qualità che resiste ancora alla prova del tempo. Se gli ospedali per noi umani funzionassero come funziona questa clinica, saremmo tutti a cavallo. Doctor Pievaroli and his entire team are the best we can offer our furry! I was fortunate to be able to receive excellent care and nonetheless comfort in every situation that I submitted to him. My 3 cats and my dog have always been followed with love and dedication because each of the veterinarians that I have met here, in addition to medical preparation, shines for love of animals which, you know, makes the difference. Whether it was for a vaccine, for the emergency room or for a hospital stay, I have always found a welcoming environment. You always go to the vet unwillingly but here you go a little more willingly because you have the feeling of leaving your pet in a safe and familiar environment. I really feel like recommending this clinic to everyone. It is a quality that still stands the test of time. If hospitals worked for us humans how this clinic works, we would all be on horseback.

Ieri notte il mio gatto improvvisamente ha manifestato una crescente difficoltà respiratoria. Mi sono recata presso la clinica e la Dott.ssa di turno ci ha accolto con umanità e soprattutto competenza. Oggi sono andata a riprenderlo: il mio gatto sta nuovamente bene. E' la prima volta che scrivo una recensione, ma sento di dover ringraziare tutta l'equipe della clinica e non solo per l'episodio notturno, ma per tutte le volte che si sono presi cura di loro, sapendo accompagnare con attenzione e gentilezza la mia meravigliosa avventura nel mondo animale. Grazie The Pievaroli clinic has been taking care of my two house pets for about a year: a cat and a dog .... but I had never needed to go to the night service. Last night my cat suddenly experienced increasing respiratory distress. I went to the clinic and the doctor on duty welcomed us with humanity and above all competence. Today I went to get it: my cat is fine again. It is the first time that I write a review, but I feel I have to thank the whole team of the clinic and not only for the night episode, but for all the times they took care of them, knowing how to accompany the attention with attention and kindness my wonderful adventure in the animal world. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il nostro levriero che in poco meno di una settimana ha smesso di camminare. Grazie al loro intervento e a tutte le analisi fatte, sono riusciti a risolvere il problema in breve tempo e a darci una soluzione. Adesso Berta corre felice come prima. Grazie a tutti. I have shot many clinics in Rome, but this is the only one that deserves 5 stars. We had a problem with our greyhound who stopped walking in just under a week. Thanks to their intervention and all the analyzes made, they managed to solve the problem in a short time and to give us a solution. Now Berta runs happy as before. Thank you all.

La nostra esperienza presso la clinica, vissuta ed attuale, anche nei casi di emergenza oltre che in quelli di visite di routine, sicuramente è positiva e possiamo certamente affermare che la struttura è più che affidabile. Il Dottor Francesco Semeraro, medico di riferimento dei nostri 2 amici a quattro zampe, si dimostra in ogni circostanza, persona di grande umanità e professionalità oltre alla disponibilità sempre manifestata. Ci trasmette sicuramente tranquillità e ci consente di vivere con serenità le problematiche che ogni volta si presentano. Cordialissimo e sempre attento a soddisfare ogni singola richiesta. Posso serenamente affermare che non sempre si riscontrano nella realtà quotidiana, comportamenti così professionali ed umani, dettati dalla passione della professione che si esercita. This is a structure that, from a functional / professional point of view (secretariat / doctor), as a whole is certainly excellent in terms of courtesy, hospitality and knowing how to listen to needs. Our experience at the clinic, lived and current, even in emergency cases as well as in those of routine visits, is certainly positive and we can certainly say that the structure is more than reliable. Doctor Francesco Semeraro, the reference doctor of our 2 four-legged friends, proves in all circumstances, a person of great humanity and professionalism in addition to the always expressed availability. It certainly gives us peace of mind and allows us to live with serenity the problems that arise each time. Very cordial and always careful to satisfy every single request. I can confidently say that such professional and human behaviors are not always found in everyday reality, dictated by the passion of the profession that is practiced.

Sono rimasto colpito dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff e del dottore stesso. Grazie anche da parte Billo ( un vostro nuovo paziente ) Today I had the first vet visit to my dog Billo. Centro super specializzato perché ha tutti gli specialisti per ogni diagnosi clinica: dal neurologo, all ortopedico al cardiologo, ecc ed in più specialisti in riabilitazione e fisioterapia. Parlo con cognizione di causa in quanto il mio maltese Leone è stato da loro per parecchie situazioni gravissime, salvato e curato con professionalità, dedizione, amore e cura estrema!! Davvero uno staff eccezionale ( in precedenza ho avuto esperienze in altre cliniche veterinarie) e....NON CI SONO PARAGONI!!! Anche la parte della segreteria con Luca, ragazzo gentilissimo, disponibile e molto professionale è un ulteriore fiore all occhiello peir la clinica. Veramente un grande plauso al direttore sanitario Andrea Pievaroli e a tutto lo staff con GRANDE RICONOSCENZA E STIMA da parte mia e di Leone ? che Grazie a Voi, nonostante i suoi mille " problemi" riesce a condurre una vita sana, serena e felice. Ps: Fattore importante: Clinica aperta 24h su 24h per tutti i 365 giorni e cosa MERAVIGLIOSA che ho constatato che, ad ogni cambio turno TUTTI MA PROPRIO TUTTI I MEDICI SONO SEMPRE INFORMATI, AGGIORNATI E QUINDI AL CORRENTE DELLA SITUAZIONE CLINICA ATTUALE, DEGLI ANIMALI RICOVERATI ??? Veterinary Clinic number 1 in Rome !!! Super specialized center because it has all the specialists for every clinical diagnosis: from the neurologist, to the orthopedist to the cardiologist, etc. and in addition specialists in rehabilitation and physiotherapy. I speak with knowledge of the facts as my Maltese Leone was with them for several very serious situations, saved and cared for with professionalism, dedication, love and extreme care !! Truly an exceptional staff (previously I had experience in other veterinary clinics) and .... THERE ARE NO COMPARISONS !!! Also the part of the secretariat with Luca, a very kind, helpful and very professional guy is another feather in the cap for the clinic. Il personale è molto gentile, la dottoressa Ceccarelli è fantastica, molto professionale e simpatica. Nonostante che la clinica si trova un po’ lontano per me, sicuramente riandremo lì in caso di necessità ?❤️ We first came to this clinic today to get vaccinated. Absolutely positive experience. Personale gentile, attento e disponibile al colloquio.. Grazie di cuore..... Eternally grateful to the whole team of the Pieveroli veterinary clinic, they saved Minou's life, they spent 10 eternal days in hospital but in the end everything went well.
