È venuta in nostro soccorso la dottoressa Eleonora Bernini, persona di una dolcezza, empatia, calore e pazienza indescrivibili.. l'unico angelo in quel giorno così terribile! È arrivata nel giro di un'ora, ha dato assistenza totale, ha inciso serenità e consapevolezza.. davvero non si può spiegare, ma a maggior ragione dopo esser scappate da altri 2 posti orribili e scortesi in zona mostacciano/Torrino, lei è stata davvero un angelo custode. Tutti i miei futuri pet andranno da lei!!! I discovered this clinic in a moment of pain and total disorientation, the farewell to the cat of a friend, terminally ill. Doctor Eleonora Bernini came to our rescue, a person of indescribable sweetness, empathy, warmth and patience .. the only angel on that terrible day! She arrived within an hour, she gave total assistance, she recorded serenity and awareness .. it really cannot be explained, but even more so after escaping from 2 other horrible and rude places in the Mostacciano / Torrino area, she was truly a guardian angel. All my future pets will go to her !!!

Hanno messo in atto una tipoĺogia d'intervento calibrata sull'animale e l'intervento ( che altri veterinari mi avevano sconsigliato) è riuscito perfettamente. Inoltre ho trovato un team comprensivo e veramente empatico. Ringrazio tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e la professionalità con cui lavorano.Consigliatissimo I had to operate on my senior dog and they were gorgeous. I was very hesitant because, due to the problems present, the operation was life threatening. They implemented a type of intervention calibrated on the animal and the intervention (which other veterinarians had advised me against) was perfectly successful. I also found a very sympathetic and understanding team. I thank all the staff for the kindness and professionalism with which they work

Il mio Chili si è tranquillizzato grazie alla calma e alla pazienza che si respira subito in sala s’aspetto. Ogni movimento era pensato al fine di tranquillizzarlo. Gli hanno dato il tempo di ambientarsi e senza fretta e con delicatezza lo hanno visitato con professionalità e precisione. Ho trovato uno staff davvero molto preparato. Ed è quello che mi è capitato in questa clinica. Sin dall'accoglienza si percepisce subito una grande gentilezza e professionalità. La clinica è nuovissima pulita e bella. I professionisti con cui ho avuto a che fare mi hanno dato subito l'impressione di essere persone molto preparate. La Dott.ssa Silvia Doricchi che ha operato la mia piccola Moka si è rivelata una persona eccezionale, umana, in gamba, preparata, disponibile e professionalmente valida. Non mi sono mai sentita sola. Mi ha sempre tranquillizzata prima dell'intervento e anche dopo. Davvero credo sia il valore aggiunto ad una clinica già di per se fantastica.
