E sono andata da loro con la morte nel cuore perché la diagnosi del mio peloso è infausta. Però sono stati disponibili, gentili e chiari. Tutto lo staff, dell'accoglienza ai dottori. Mi hanno fatto un preventivo che hanno rispettato. E soprattutto è lì che mi ha mandato la clinica dove era stato precedentemente ricoverato il gatto, e ancora di più il mio veterinario, che cura tutti i miei pelosi e di cui mi fido, il dottor Pagliarini in via Maestrini. Unico neo che posso riscontrare nell'esperienza avuta: quando sono andata a riprendere il gatto non avevano preparato la tac da darmi, su supporto o su cloud, in modo di farla vedere al veterinario curante la sera stessa. Appena portata la gatta la dottoressa è intervenuta subito; mi ha rassicurata, mi ha fatto capire con precisione la situazione è sono stata seguita benissimo, soprattutto la micia che si è salvata!
