Sono tanti anni che vengo qui nonostante abiti a Roma, ma preferisco fare più strada ed essere sicura di affidare i miei amici a 4 zampe a persone professionali e competenti come le dottoresse Silvia e Paola. Vi ringrazia anche Cesare che da quando ha iniziato la nuova terapia sta molto meglio! Well done! M	Manuela Dionisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato i miei gatti per anni da loro, perchè competenti ed esperte, consigliandolo anche ai miei amici. Ma da un po' di tempo qualcosa è cambiato... Il personale è drasticamente ridotto; non gestiscono più le emergenze (la notte è chiuso e hanno dirottato tutto su due numeri di cellulare che non funzionano); Sono sempre ingolfate; Risultato: il mio gatto ha una grave insufficienza renale e se ne sono accorti dopo 4 mesi; ho dovuto fargli fare il prelievo del sangue due volte, perchè dopo il primo mi dissero che non aveva niente; ho avuto difficoltà ad avere delle risposte (referti tramite whatsup e dopo giorni); nessun feedback sulla dieta da somministrare o su come gestire le crisi periodiche del gatto; non rispondono al telefono ed è difficile prendere appuntamento; sono dovuto andare da un altro veterinario per le analisi delle urine (che loro neanche avevano prescritto) e per cambiare integratori (perchè il gatto non mangiava), con dispendio di soldi e di tempo. Ma quello che da più fastidio è che si professano amanti degli animali... Io e il io gatto siamo delusi. The staff is drastically reduced; they no longer manage emergencies (it is closed at night and they have diverted everything to two mobile numbers that do not work); They are always engulfed; Result: my cat has severe kidney failure and they noticed it after 4 months; I had to have him take the blood test twice, because after the first one they told me that he had nothing; I had difficulty getting answers (reports via whatsup and after days); no feedback on the diet to be administered or on how to manage the cat's periodic seizures; they do not answer the phone and it is difficult to make an appointment; I had to go to another vet for urinalysis (which they didn't even prescribe) and to change supplements (because the cat didn't eat), with a lot of money and time. But what bothers them most is that they profess to be animal lovers ... The cat and I are disappointed.

Nel mio caso hanno salvato letteralmente due dei miei gatti, uno dopo un'incidente e una colpita da una malattia autoimmune, tutt'ora in cura da loro. Non posso far altro che ringraziarle per l'umanità e la dedizione che hanno dedicato loro, nonostante anche le ultime difficoltà dovute alla pandemia. Anche il personale che da assistenza è sempre disponibile. Fisiologiche le attese dovute spesso a emergenze impreviste. The doctors are prepared and take the situations that arise to heart. In my case, they literally saved two of my cats, one after an accident and one suffering from an autoimmune disease, still being treated by them. I can only thank them for the humanity and the dedication they have dedicated to them, despite the latest difficulties due to the pandemic. The staff who provide assistance are also always available. Physiological expectations often due to unforeseen emergencies.

Il loro amore per gli animali e soprattutto la loro professionalità tranquillizzano sia noi che i nostri Amori a 4 zampe. Doctors and nurses are always available. They tell you that your pet is dying and that they don't know why when you really just went there for a routine check-up. They try to guilt trip you, and tell you they need to do invasive tests to jack up the price, while they do no such thing. I do not recommend this place.
