★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non posso recensire la professoinalità dei medici perchè non ho mai portato il mio cane qui ma posso recensire la professionalità del front office...meno che zero. chiedo un intervento urgente il sabato pomeriggio ma mi rispondono che sono in chiusura e se ne parla la domenica mattina alle 9:30 (la domenica poi telefonicamente fanno mille problemi e decido di non portarlo per evitargli ulteriori stress) ...il cane era molto malato e aveva bisogno di una visita urgente. "complimenti"per l'umanità.
I cannot review the professionalism of the doctors because I have never brought my dog here but I can review the professionalism of the front office ... less than zero. I ask for an urgent intervention on Saturday afternoon but they answer me that they are closing and we talk about it on Sunday morning at 9:30 (on Sunday then by phone they make a thousand problems and I decide not to bring it to avoid further stress) ... the dog was very sick and in need of an urgent visit. "congratulations" for humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cordiale e preparato nei confronti degli animali, i quali si affidano tranquillamente a loro e ai trattamenti. Anche una semplice iniezione l'animale l'accetta tranquillamente dopo la prima volta. Sotto il punto di vista economico dipende voi come ritenete il vostro animale. Se per voi è membro della vostra famiglia beh non storcerete minimamente il naso. Se a differenza per voi è un passatempo ricordatevi che è una clinica quindi non fate questioni economiche.
Staff very friendly and prepared towards the animals, who quietly rely on them and the treatments. Even a simple injection the animal accepts it safely after the first time. From an economic point of view it depends on how you feel about your animal. If for you it is a member of your family, well you will not turn up your nose in the least. If, unlike you, it is a pastime, remember that it is a clinic so do not make economic questions.

Abbiamo preso un cucciolo di shiba da qualche mese, tutte le volte che siamo andati presso la clinica siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e le dottoresse sono state sempre molto disponibili, attente e professionali. Qualche giorno fa il nostro cucciolo è stato molto male, la Dott.ssa Palmieri e le colleghe lo hanno curato amorevolmente e con grande scrupolosità, senza trascurare nulla. Ho trascorso molto tempo presso la clinica per le terapie del cagnolino ed ho avuto modo di vedere il grande lavoro che svolgono senza sosta.
Inoltre, mi ha molto colpito vedere il cagnolino con due zampette amputate che vive lì con loro, lo hanno salvato e poi adottato (tanta tenerezza).
I prezzi sono sempre stati più che onesti e regolarmente fatturati.
Totò ringrazia vivamente tutti ma un "ringhio" speciale va alla Dott.ssa Annarita

We have taken a shiba puppy for a few months, every time we went to the clinic we were greeted with kindness and the doctors were always very helpful, attentive and professional. A few days ago our puppy was very ill, Dr. Palmieri and her colleagues looked after him lovingly and with great scrupulousness, without neglecting anything. I spent a lot of time at the puppy therapy clinic and got to see the great work they do nonstop.
Also, I was very impressed to see the little dog with two amputated paws living there with them, they saved him and then adopted him (so much tenderness).
Prices have always been more than fair and regularly billed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza in questa clinica è stata pessima, il personale scorretto, in particolare la Palmieri. Dopo aver ricevuto un preventivo di€ 550 mi sono ritrovato a pagare più del doppio.Il personale ha giustificato questo prezzo sostenendo che per il mio cane di razza labrador, la degenza (calcolandomi la tariffa massima, cioè € 60 giornalieri , solo per somministrare una flebo ed un antibiotico dal costo di € 5 ) e solo tre esami del sangue ,in totale, fossero calcolati al di fuori del preventivo. Quotidianamente mi recavo presso la struttura e fortunatamente mi sono reso conto della scarsa attenzione che veniva data agli animali e ho deciso di continuare le cure a casa nonostante loro volessero tenerla "sotto osservazione",visto che ogni volta che andavo a portarle da mangiare mi facevano attendere più di trenta minuti per rendere presentabile il mio cane la quale in mia assenza era tenuta in un box grande meno di un metro quadro tra i suo bisogni, come del resto per buona parte dei cani che ho visto ( soprattutto taglia media e grande). Inoltre consultandomi con altri professionisti del settore mi è stato detto che per l'intervento di piometra che ha subito il mio cane il prezzo si aggira intorno tra le 300/400€. Oltre a tutto ciò a più di venti giorni dall'operazione il mio cane mostra dei seri problemi di deambulazione,cosa mai successa prima, la mia speranza è quella che non siano dei problemi sorti dopo l'intervento altrimenti dovrò intraprendere un procedimento legale cosa che avrei già dovuto fare per il comportamento scorretto e poco chiaro .

Furthermore, consulting with other professionals in the sector, I was told that for the pyometra surgery my dog has undergone, the price is around € 300/400. In addition to all this, more than twenty days after the operation my dog shows serious walking problems, which has never happened before, my hope is that they are not problems that arose after the surgery otherwise I will have to take legal proceedings which I should have already done for the misbehavior and unclear.
