Mercoledì 14 aprile 21 ho portato il gatto presso la clinica , in quanto non mangiava e aveva difficoltà nei movimenti. È stato visitato , fatto analisi del sangue e delle urine ed ecografia ai reni, dopo una flebo è stato rimandato a casa dicendo di chiamare il giorno successivo per il responso delle analisi. Il giorno dopo ho chiamato e parlato con il medico che ha effettuato la visita, il quale ha detto che dalle analisi non si evinceva nulla di particolare e che risultava dall'ecografia una lieve insufficienza renale, di fargli seguire una dieta specifica e di riportarlo in visita sabato 17 aprile alle ore 12.30 , ma il gatto stava male e alle 9 di mattina è stato riportato in visita, è stato guardato da uno specializzando ( non si è accorto che aveva già effettuato una ecografia ai reni , in quanto depilato) che mi ha consigliato di portarlo in una clinica da loro prescelta , ma nel frattempo il gatto è deceduto...... A	Anna Di luccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto un esperienza posita, il mio cane 3 anni fa, venne tolto dall orecchio un nodulo, non gli fu dato nessun antibiotico.... Lasciamo stare. Tra l altro mi venne detto che se faceva il cane un tipo di intervento, meno invasivola somma era diversa.... Invece pagai la stessa somma! I have not had a positive experience, my dog 3 years ago, a lump was removed from his ear, he was not given any antibiotics .... Forget it. Among other things, I was told that if the dog did a type of surgery, the less invasive sum was different .... Instead I paid the same sum!

Avevo chiamato per chiedere aiuto essendo la clinica più vicina e raggiungibile in tempi stretti, non avendo trovato disponibilità per un appuntamento quel giorno stesso, mi è stato detto ‘ e noi che ci possiamo fare’. Capisco che magari non potessi ancora essere una loro cliente, ma l’intenzione era quella. È comunque una risposta davvero poco professionale e che manca di empatia non solo nei confronti di un padrone davvero preoccupato ma nei confronti di un animale in sofferenza. Non ho avuto un’esperienza diretta ma non credo ci sia bisogno di sperimentare dal vivo la loro maleducazione. Rude and unfriendly. Per portare la mia cagnolina da loro io sono disposto ad affrontare un viaggio da Ostia Lido For me they are the numbers 1. Porretta, persona professionale, gentile, umana che consiglio caldamente. Io e la mia canetta ci siamo trovati bene e lui con esame radiologico ed endoscopico è riuscito a farmi una diagnosi che un altro veterinario non mi ha dato dopo molto tempo e volte. Anche se non è una diagnosi favorevole, comunque ora so e lei sta benino. Felice di essermi avvalsa di questa struttura che sceglierei ancora. Grazie sempre, il personale è di un certo livello. My dog and I got along well and with radiological and endoscopic examination he managed to make me a diagnosis that another veterinarian did not give me after a long time and times.
