Mi hanno bucato il muro in maniera errata e poi hanno cercato di stuccare facendo ancora piu danni. Il servizio post vendita si è adoperato per farli tornare ma mi hanno installato la mensola storta, con un dislivello di 2 cm, richiamati non si sono fatti piu vivi!!! ovviamente il danno al muro me lo sono dovuta pagare!!!! Direi che non posso essere soddisfatta e non tornerò MAI più!! Dopo la recensione mi hanno contatto x sapere i dettagli e dicendomi che sarei stata contattata da chi di dovere, a distanza di 3 mesi PIU SENTITI!!! CONFERMO ANCORA UNA VOLTA CHE VERGANI È DA EVITARE The sales staff is prepared and gives excellent advice and suggestions. Leave the installation part much to be desired !!! They punched the wall in a wrong way and then tried to fill it up by doing even more damage. The after-sales service has worked to get them back but I have installed the crooked shelf, with a difference in height of 2 cm, recalled they are not made more alive !!! obviously the damage to the wall I had to pay !! I would say that I can not be satisfied and I will NEVER go back !! After the review I have contact x know the details and telling me that I would be contacted by those in charge, after 3 months MORE FEELING !!! CONFIRMING ONCE AGAIN THAT VIRGIN IS TO AVOID

We asked them if this guarantee still works when we went to the USA and they said yes. When we arrived in the US the zippers started breaking, so we asked for them to send new fabric so we could exchange ourselves. They did not answer any emails for 2 years! We tried every couple of months. Now they finally answered but saying that they don’t make the couch anymore. Which is not true because the couch is online and guarantee doesn’t mean “until we stop doing them” it means 10 years doesn’t matter what happens. We are really really mad!
