Unica pecca l'organizzazione per il servizio (a pagamento) di pulizia annuale: ogni anno è una lotta con le segretarie per programmarla con anticipo. Pretendono di organizzare da un giorno all'altro, come se anche gli altri non lavorassero. Inoltre, per la sostituzione di parti usurate (per forza di cose, negli anni succede), consiglio di ordinare i pezzi con almeno un mese di anticipo, anche dalla primavera per l'autunno, perché la segreteria dice sempre che arrivano in una settimana, ma alla fine impiegano sempre molto più tempo. Per non far pagare la spedizione (e questa è una buona cosa) uniscono l'ordine ad altre cose loro e non si sa mai quando arriverà. In order not to charge the shipment (and this is a good thing) they combine order with their other things and you never know when it will arrive.
