They got the medical certificate wrong twice. First a registry error then concerning the expiration dates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo più di 40 minuti di attesa, vengo ripresa perché mio figlio di soli 4 anni disturba (era seduto sui divanetti in sala d’attesa e stava ridendo). Chiedo gentilmente i tempi di attesa visto che il mio appuntamento era fissato alle ore 18,30 e ormai erano le 19. Mi viene risposto “almeno una mezz’oretta”. Spiego che purtroppo faccio fatica a tenere il bimbo in silenzio vista la tenera età e come risposta mi viene detto di portarlo fuori perché disturba. Comprensione zero e maleducazione da parte del personale. Se non fosse per la visita del lavoro, non ci tornerei per nessun motivo.
After more than 40 minutes of waiting, I am picked up because my 4-year-old son is disturbing (he was sitting on the sofas in the waiting room and was laughing). I kindly ask for waiting times since my appointment was set at 6.30 pm and it was now 7 pm. I am told "at least half an hour". I explain that unfortunately I find it difficult to keep the child in silence given the tender age and as an answer I am told to take him out because it disturbs. Zero understanding and rudeness on the part of the staff. If it weren't for the business visit, I wouldn't go back for any reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva. Già all'ingresso si viene accolti da personale gentile e preparato, velocissimi e puntuali. Mio figlio doveva fare il certificato medico sportivo per uso agonistico e il medico è stato gentile e attento. Consigliatissimo!
Very positive experience. Already at the entrance you are greeted by kind and prepared staff, very fast and punctual. My son had to get a sports medical certificate for competitive use and the doctor was kind and attentive. Highly recommended!
