★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre anni fa ho comprato un condizionatore Daikin, l'anno scorso ne ho acquistato un altro da regalare a mia figlia. Non andrei da nessuna altra parte.

Pensate che sono riuscite a non mandare a quel paese la mia ragazza che gli ha fatto modificare 4000 volte il preventivo per il bagno. Avevamo già preso da loro la lavanderia e siamo molto soddisfatti della qualità del servizio e del materiale stesso. 5 stelle meritatissime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto informazioni alla Sig ra bionda della sala mostra è stata disponibile e gentile lo stesso al magazzino sono stati disponibili ad aiutarmi a risolvere un problema per un rubinetto di una valvola.Purtroppo la valvola non è loro però si sono prodigati a cercarla a video.
I asked the blonde lady from the showroom for information and she was helpful and kind at the warehouse they were available to help me solve a problem for a valve tap.Unfortunately the valve is not theirs but they went out of their way to look for it on the screen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile niente da dire ma tempistiche molto ma molto lunghe, ordinato a settembre scaldasalviette e ad oggi ancora non è arrivato( siamo a metà novembre).... Colonna bagno manca di supporti per mensole...ho dovuto acquistarle a parte ?... Ottimi articoli ma non tanto soddisfatta
Friendly staff nothing to say but very, very long times, ordered in September towel warmer and to date it has not yet arrived (we are in mid-November) .... Bathroom column lacks supports for shelves ... I had to buy them separately ?. .. Excellent articles but not so satisfied

I vetri del box doccia con estrema facilità uscivano dai binari ( in 8 mesi è successo almeno sei volte, e non solo a me e mio marito ma due volte a mia figlia una alla colf che stava pulendolo e così via) e per due volte si sono sgretolati. Una sostituzione di un vetro l 'ho fatta per la modica cifra ( udite udite) di 500 euro!!. Adesso ho rinunciato. Le mie amiche hanno in genere box simili ma questo a loro non è mai successo.
I had a very bad experience. The glass of the shower box came off the rails very easily (in 8 months it happened at least six times, and not only to me and my husband but twice to my daughter, one to the maid who was cleaning it and so on) and twice yes are crumbled. I made a replacement of a glass for the modest sum (listen, listen) of 500 euros !!. Now I have given up. My friends usually have similar boxes but this has never happened to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su consiglio di varie persone sono passata da Hydross (visto, a loro dire, la qualità dei prodotti e la professionalità del personale) per avere un preventivo di spesa per la ristrutturazione di due bagni.
Bene. Sulla qualità dei prodotti nulla da dire, ma……… Sono passate tre settimane e ad oggi non è arrivato nulla. Al telefono non rispondono, ho inviato due mail… Nessuna risposta.
Pessima impressione e pessimo servizio.
On the advice of various people, I went to Hydross (considering, according to them, the quality of the products and the professionalism of the staff) to get a cost estimate for the renovation of two bathrooms.
Good. Nothing to say about the quality of the products, but ……… Three weeks have passed and nothing has arrived to date. They don't answer the phone, I sent two emails… No answer.
