Ne sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta, sia per come si sono occupati della gestione della pratica (bonus e finanziamento) sia per l installazione. Un ringraziamento a Luciano e Fernando per il lavoro svolto e soprattutto per aver saputo rispondere a tutti i miei dubbi. Alcuni giorni fa ho avuto un'emergenza, la caldaia si è rotta e mio papà anziano dopo qualche giorno doveva tornare dall’ospedale e in casa c'erano circa 10 gradi. Sono stati fantastici; il giorno dopo mi hanno installato una nuova caldaia, ho potuto accedere inoltre al bonus energetico con un ottimo risparmio. Ringrazio ancora tutto lo staff in particolare il sig. Alberto e il suo aiutante che hanno eseguito il lavoro, la signora Barbara che è riuscita ad incastrare la mia necessità, il Titolare e l’amministrazione per il disbrigo di tutte le pratiche per il risparmio fiscale. Ho riscontrato un'enorme disponibilità e puntuale capacità di risolvere i piccoli problemi che necessariamente si presentano in cantiere. Si distinguono nettamente nel panorama generale. Peccato che non specifichino che l'orario di appuntamento non è quando ti fanno l'intervento ma quando il tecnico potrebbe eventualmente arrivare. Strano che una azienda che fattura a ore non capisca che le ore perse per il cliente hanno un costo. Ma rientra nella solita arroganza di idraulici, elettricisti e affini. Operatrice talmente maleducata e arrogante che mi chiedo come facciano ancora a tenerla. Non consigliato Testing nothing to say. Too bad they do not specify that the appointment time is not when they do the surgery but when the technician could possibly arrive. Strange that a company that bills by the hour does not understand that the hours lost for the customer have a cost. But it falls within the usual arrogance of plumbers, electricians and the like.
