★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il costruttore della abitazione dove abito si è rivolto a voi per la fornitura e posa delle piastrelle dei bagni. Tre bagni posati malissimo (a detta anche dei vostri dipendenti) e nonostante abbiano cercato di risolvere alcuni vizi riconosciuti, una volta entrato in casa e istallato mobili e box doccia sono usciti altri difetti (un esempio la pendenza della doccia a pavimento al di fuori della parte concordata, in realtà si estende fino a metà bagno, e mi ritrovo la parete di vetro del box doccia da 1,75 cm con tutta la parte centrale sollevata di piu' di un centimetro dal pavimento; un altro esempio spigoli vivi di piastrelle che vengono fuori o fughe di diversa grandezza). Venuti a vedere il referente ha fatto spalluce e mi aveva accordato piccole migliorie a diversi difetti che sono stati fatti notare. E' passato piu' di un anno e di posatori neanche l'ombra, il referente incontrato anche qualche mese fa su un cantiere si era stupito, ma ovviamente è scomparso nuovamente. Non ho parole, purtroppo non avendoli commissionati io se ne sono fregati altamente. Non esprimo giudizio ma credo che venga da sè.

When they came to see the contact person, he shrugged and granted me small improvements to several defects that were pointed out. More than a year has passed and there is not even a shadow of installers, the contact person met a few months ago on a construction site was amazed, but obviously he disappeared again. I have no words, unfortunately, not having commissioned them, they didn't really care. I do not express judgment but I believe it comes by itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma, al contrario, con me Manolo è stato piuttosto "sgarbato". Dopo avere mostrato il mio problema, il "consiglio" si è limitato a "non siamo provvisti...." e "si rivolga al lattoniere...". Direi una esperienza che non rischierà in futuro
