★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartments, great location, great price!
Just returned from a wonderful weekend in Venice. Total of 8 persons in our party and we rented 2 apartments which were just a minute away from each other. Both apartments (250 + 228) were spacious and clean.
Correspondence with Eugenia prior to our trip was very good, all questions/queries were answered swiftly and contact with Orsola and Ida who met us with the keys was also very good.
I would definitely recommend Venice Apartments to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is in an excellent location, very central, an easy walk to almost anywhere in the city. The manager's daughter met us exactly on time. She was very helpful answering our questions about the area. The fact that thy accepted payment by credit card was a big plus for us. The apartment was being cleaned when we arrived but we were able to leave our bags so it wasn't an issue. Later we had a problem with the internet but the manager replied very quickly to our email and fixed the problem - we had forgotten to insert the card that controls the lights and outlets in the apartment. The apartment was very quiet except for the sound of children at a nearby school, which didn't bother us at all. The kitchen is well equipped. With two nice bedrooms, it would be a good choice for a family or two couples. We would recommend it highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not happy with the apartment N 25. Although the location near San Marco is excellent, the condition of the apartment was not good. The young women checking us in was not helpful, never showing us how things worked. We had planned on paying with credit card but were informed 2 days before check-in that we had to pay in cash. This is very inconvenient when traveling but we managed to have enough cash to pay. The A/C and the beds were fine but the floor in the kitchen area has many cracks and even a hole in the floor under the rug. Small appliances were dirty and unusable. The coffee maker didn't work properly, the kettle was all calcified inside and the toaster was grimy and dusty. Fortunately, there is a bar next door for coffee and pastry for breakfast. The showers were in bad shape too. The bases were moldy with many patches, the shower door in one bathroom was not connected on the bottom, the doors didn't slide close so they leaked and one sink leaked so badly that we had to put a bowl under it to catch the leaks. We cannot recommend this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was beautiful! We loved the rooftop 360degree view of Venice! I would highly recommend this apartment in a quiet location close to St. Marc's. There are 94 stairs to the apartment, which didn't bother us, but may be a hardship for some. Our contact greeted us in spite of our slightly later than scheduled arrival, and was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 4 nights in Apartment 241. The location was perfect , on a lively street with restaurants , bakery, fruit market, vegetable market and a large grocery store . Unfortunately the apartment is a bit worn out . The pots and pans and small appliances are so old and grubby, we decided not to cook.
The terrace furniture is grubby and the chairs are broken. The apartment advertises free wifi, but there is none .
The service offered by Venice apartments is very good. They arranged our transportation via water taxi and replied to requests immediately . I would recommend the service of Venice Apartments, but not apartment 241.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment was cute, lots of room, in a good location and windows open onto a small canal which was nice for fresh air. Rooms were a little bit dusty, and hot water took a long time. Wifi was horrible... seemed to shut off at 23:00. Beware that this apartment is 3 long flights of stairs from the ground. Overall, decent value in expensive Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay! The booking manager reached out two days before to ensure we had our check in plans set, along with a few other details about the apartment. Check in and out was very easy. The apartment was beautiful and so comfortable. I texted with one question on our first day and got a prompt response. Would definitely stay again!!
