Senza aver firmato nessun tipo di contratto e avermi portato nessun cliente, mi sono vista recapitare a casa una lettera di un avvocatoPer il pagamento della loro percentuale altissima.
State alla larga da questa agenzia
Absolutely a dishonest agency.
Without having signed any kind of contract and having brought me no clients, I had a letter from a lawyer delivered to my home for the payment of their very high percentage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio di non averci nulla a che fare, i soldi la gente li suda. La persona che ho incontrato per farmi vedere una casa è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. Quando ero pronto a fare l’offerta per una casa in affitto, la signora della segreteria mi riferisce che l’agenzia chiedeva il 15% del canone annuo(fin qui ci può anche stare), il 15%sulle spese condominiali annue, più l’iva su tutti e due i dati precedenti. Sconsigliatissimi.
I recommend not having anything to do with it, people sweat money. The person I met to show me a house was very kind and very helpful. When I was ready to bid for a rented house, the lady from the secretariat told me that the agency was asking for 15% of the annual rent (so far it can also be), 15% on the annual condominium expenses, plus the VAT on both previous data. Not recommended.

o meglio ... ci hanno tenuto in sospeso più giorni in attesa di firmare il contratto con un altro offerente come riserva attiva non rispondendo alle telefonati ne ai messaggi .... altro che servizio ...... opportunisti assoluti ..... sfruttano le esigenze di chi ha effettivamente necessità ( CON TUTTI I DOCUMENTI IN REGOLA ) di trovare una abitazione . DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE ..... !!!

or rather ... they kept us in suspense for several days waiting to sign the contract with another bidder as an active reserve by not answering phone calls or messages .... other than service ...... absolute opportunists ... .. exploit the needs of those who actually need (WITH ALL DOCUMENTS IN ORDER) to find a home. ABSOLUTELY AVOID ..... !!!
