Dopo ulteriore mia chiamata ottengo garanzie sulla pianificazione di un appuntamento che a nemmeno mezza giornata prima di avere luogo viene da Voi disdetto. L’annuncio dell’immobile cancellato dal sito alle ore 13:15 ma a me viene comunicata la cancellazione del mio appuntamento (preso a inizio settimana a poche ore dalla pubblicazione dell’annuncio) alle ore 17:15 quindi a distanza di quattro ore?!?! Io non discuto la legittimità della conclusione del Vostro Affare con altri acquirenti, ma almeno siate meno romantici nella descrizione di Voi sul vostro sito perché tutti i valori elencati, almeno nella mia esperienza , si sono rilevati totalmente disattesi. Esistono anche persone che tengono a tener fede ad un’intesa anche se solo verbale. Bad communication! Guarantee confirmation phone calls that don't happen. S	Simonetta LONGO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto appartamento di lunedì, manifestato massimo interesse all'acquisto,anche al prezzo richiesto dalla proprietaria, fissato appuntamento per fare proposta di acquisto il sabato successivo, vengo chiamata il giovedi per comunicarmi che il mercoledì avevano fatto firmare una proposta d'acquisto, già accettata dalla proprietaria, a persone che avevano visto l'appartamento dopo di me. La giustificazione che mi hanno dato è stata che non sempre chi fissa l'appuntamento poi si presenta e che loro non potevano aspettare. Mi sarei aspettata quantomeno una telefonata per chiedere conferma dell'appuntamento o per richiedere di anticiparlo. Invece niente, la comunicazione è avvenuta a cose già fatte. È stata davvero una pessima esperienza.
