★ ★ ★ ★ ★ posseggo una carta Spider con cui faccio acquisti on line, ho avuto un malfunzionamento per due volte uno con duglas profumerie e l'altro ieri con unieuro on line messaggio " errore durante l'autorizzazione di pagamento". Ho chiamato il numero verde che mi ha detto di chiamare la filiale, la prima volta ho parlato con una signora gentile che mi ha detto di verificare se avevo sbloccato la carta per gli acquisti on line, la seconda volta con un "signore" che si è spazientito dopo un quarto d'ora perchè oltre a vedere un saldo diverso dal mio sosteneva non ci fosse nessun problema.
Ho chiesto ad un altra persona di fare l'acquisto per me, e in cinque minuti è stato fatto. Ho richiamato la mia filiale per avere spiegazioni, dopo essere stata rimbalzata, lo stesso signore molto seccato ha ribadito che non c'era nessun problema, che non poteva dirmi perchè non riuscivo a fare l'acquisto e di rivolgermi al numero verde....... che finalmente mi ha spiegato che è un problema di circuito, la mia carta è visa electron...chiaramente non sono un correntista DOC altrimenti non avrei avuto questo trattamento? peccato pensavo che la mia banca fosse differente...
 I have a Spider card with which I make purchases online, I had a malfunction twice, one with duglas profumerie and the other yesterday with an online message "error during payment authorization". I called the toll-free number that told me to call the branch, the first time I talked to a kind lady who told me to check if I had unlocked the card for online purchases, the second time with a "gentleman" who is impatient after a quarter of an hour because in addition to seeing a balance different from my claimed there was no problem.
I asked another person to make the purchase for me, and in five minutes it was done. I called my branch for explanations, after being bounced, the very annoyed gentleman reiterated that there was no problem, he could not tell me why I could not make the purchase and contact the toll-free number ... .... that finally explained to me that it is a circuit problem, my card is visa electron ... clearly I am not a DOC account holder otherwise I would not have had this treatment? too bad I thought my bank was different ...
