★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata oggi per aprire un conto in questa banca, dato che ho iniziato a lavorare e dovevano versarmi lo stipendio, é la persona che c era per "nuovi rapporti" non ha voluto aprirmi il conto argomentando che perche non ero italiana, non poteva aprirmi il conto dato che non sapeva come farlo. Ma mi chiedo, una banca cosí importante ha personale cosí escarsamente preparato? nonostante che aveco con me tutti i miei documenti.
I went today to open an account in this bank, since I started working and they had to pay me the salary, it is the person who was there for "new relationships" did not want to open the account arguing that because I was not Italian, he could not open me the bill since he didn't know how to do it. But I wonder, does such an important bank have such poorly trained staff? despite having all my documents with me.
