Rossana, che ci ha accolto e ci ha dato le istruzioni sull'uso della residenza è una persona squisita. N.B. se lasciate l'appartamento di Domenica, smaltite i rifiuti il Sabato, la Domenica è praticamente impossibile. Very welcoming, spacious and functional apartment, sober and minimal furnishings but with a strong Venetian connotation. The location is great. Rossana, who welcomed us and gave us instructions on the use of the residence is an exquisite person. N.B. if you leave the apartment on Sunday, dispose of the waste on Saturday, Sunday is practically impossible.

R	Romeo Boldan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appartment was large and clean! A little bit outdated, but OK! The location was amazing, 5 min away from the train station and 2 min walking from the canal! The only problem we had was that it was extremely hard to communicate with the agency or the owner! First of all, they did not answer our calls or messages and made us wait for more than one hour! Then, it was a language barrier! When I asked what's going on, the person from the agency told me to "Be quite"! I was extremely offended by that! Especially, after waiting with two small kids for more than one hour to get a phone call back! Overall, the staff experience was purely horrendous! They made us pay extra tourist tax (4 euro/person/day), initially including our small kids as well! After 30 min of arguing back and forth, they excluded our kids and made us pay only for the adults! The tourist tax is on top of the rent payment and burried in the small print of the disclosures! I, personally would look somewhere else to stay if ever will comeback to Venice!
