They make an appointment and do not show up and do not deign to notify even knowing that I was coming from Parma. I should have guessed as the only positive reviews are the ones written by themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’esperienza presso questa agenzia immobiliare è stata molto deludente in quanto risulta molto difficile l’interazione tra il cliente interessato e l’agente immobiliare. Più volte abbiamo richiesto via telefono di fissare un appuntamento per vedere una casa ma puntualmente ci viene risposto“vi richiamiamo noi” ma non arriva mai nessuna chiamata. Alla seconda chiamata con lo stesso numero di telefono, non rispondono.
The experience at this real estate agency was very disappointing as it is very difficult for the interaction between the client concerned and the real estate agent. Several times we have asked by telephone to make an appointment to see a house but we are promptly answered "we will call you back" but no call never arrives. On the second call with the same phone number, they don't answer.
