★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cassiere molto scortese con pochissima chiarezza nel dare informazioni. Ho fatto richiesta per l apertura di un conto corrente on line, mi sono recata in banca per l apertura e solo li mi è stato detto che L apertura non sarebbe stata immediata ma sarei dovuta tornare un’altra volta per le fire. Attendo una settimana e dopo aver contattato la banca mi viene detto che non è possibile aprire il conto poiché non verrà accreditato lo stipendio. Allorché mi chiedo ma se la condizione per aprire il cc on line è questa perché l informazione che viene data al telefono e allo sportello è differente?
La risposta del cassiere è stata che l apertura del cc dipende dalla volontà del direttore... Certe persone dovrebbero: a) imparare l educazione b) portare rispetto verso i clienti ( poiché il loro stipendio è garantito grazie ai correntisti) c) cambiare lavoro
 Very rude cashier with very little clarity in giving information. I applied for the opening of an online bank account, I went to the bank for the opening and only I was told that the opening would not have been immediate but I would have had to return another time for the fire. I wait a week and after contacting the bank I am told that the account cannot be opened because the salary will not be credited. When I wonder but if the condition to open the cc online is this because the information that is given on the phone and at the counter is different?
The cashier's response was that the opening of the CC depends on the director's will ... Some people should: a) learn education b) bring respect to customers (since their salary is guaranteed thanks to account holders) c) change jobs
