★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gelato! Pay first, then pick your flavors. I had mascarpone with caramelized fig and it was one of the best flavors I had the whole trip. Definitely recommend. Lots of different locations (even in the airport at Venice)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, excellent, high quality flavors. A lovely thing to have in a train station while you’re waiting. There’s even a chocolate “faucet” here! If you like their chocolates (which you will) and you want to purchase them as gifts, wait and get them at the airport—they have multiple locations there so it doesn’t melt in the Roman sun! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream is 1 of the best. Staff not so great... No smile... I try order in Italian, I was not 100% correct so I said in English what it had to be...eye rolling and sigh. Then had to wait for someone else who was just doing something else with her back to a full store... Turned out they also ripped me off the day before... asked for twice 2scoups and payed for twice 3scoops...did not notice untill today... Good ice cream, bad staff
