β β β β β Los empleados no son muy cordiales si le haces notar un error te tratan mal, si pudiera le daria 0 estrellas y menos. Gli impiegati non sono molto cordiali se gli fai notare un errore ti trattano male, se potessi gli darei 0 stelle pure di meno.
The staff is impolite if you point out an error and treat you badly, what if you could put a rating below zero I would. Really really bad people and it's the only Victoria's Secret in Rome.

The only fact that bothers me is that is the only one VS store in Rome and that it only sells basic Victoria's Secrect stuff, there isn't a large selection of products that is composed by accessories, perfumes and body stuff which are thing that I love but don't really getting excited about except the panties but I wish that as sooner as possible they'd sell some clothing lines or they popular bras.

β β β β β How was Victoria's Secret? Haha, I wish Google! You need to update your location settings, as I've not been there. But based on what can be seen through the window and the kind of ladies that shop there, I would definitely give the Italian Victoria's Secret five stars! ?

β β β β β Very unfriendly and not professional staff. They can't speak in english and when I wanted to pay the cashier lady was talking to somebody else, she did not paid attention at me at all. The staff in the souveniet shops around the train station are much more friendly than the staff in the VS. I would expect more friendly staff in the VS shop at the heart of Rome.
