 Beautiful apartment, excellent cleanliness and hospitality. After two bad experiences this apartment made me completely re-evaluate Catania and the Catanesi.

Do kamienicy prowadzą ogromne ciężkie drzwi. Porządku w obiekcie pilnuje dozorca, który rozmawia sam ze sobą ?
Apartamenty są wykończone w wysokim standardzie, czyste i w pełni wyposażone.
Do naszych lokali wpuściła nas miła Włoszka. Jesteśmy super zadowoleni na pewno będziemy polecać apartament znajomym.
Właścicielu trzymaj tak dalej ?

The apartments are located in the very center of the city! We rented two apartments!
Huge heavy doors lead to the tenement house. The order in the building is kept by a caretaker who talks to himself ?
The apartments are finished to a high standard, clean and fully equipped.
A nice Italian woman let us in to our premises. We are very pleased, we will definitely recommend the apartment to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo appartamento, piccolo ma ben organizzato, moderno e pulito, in pieno centro Catania, molto tranquillo. Internet veloce e stabile.
Bene che la proprietaria faccia accoglienza di persona, una modalità sempre più rara in favore dei key-lock a combinazione.
Il climatizzatore non riesce a riscaldare la zona giorno, dato che il calore si concentra in alto nella zona notte, ma è un problema marginale se fuori non fa troppo freddo.
Avrei dato 5 stelle, pienamente meritate, ma... ma nell'appartamento di fianco sono in corso lavori di ristrutturazione, e causa continui martellamenti e trapanamenti è impossibile sia riposare dopo le 9 di mattina, sia lavorare in remoto. Tenetelo presente se avete bisogno di stare in appartamento non solo per dormire.
PS: lo scarico della doccia era parzialmente otturato, andrebbe fatto sgorgare. Altra nota "di colore": dietro al letto, di notte, si sentono dei leggeri scricchiolii inquietanti, sembra che ci sia qualcosa che gratta sul muro, come quando si passano i fili nelle canaline... ammetto di non aver la minima idea della causa, ho cercato anche tracce di scarafaggi o animaletti vari ma non ho trovato nulla.

The air conditioner cannot heat the living area, as the heat is concentrated high up in the sleeping area, but it is a marginal problem if it is not too cold outside.
I would have given 5 stars, fully deserved, but ... but renovations are underway in the apartment next door, and due to constant hammering and drilling it is impossible both to rest after 9 am and to work remotely. Keep this in mind if you need to stay in the apartment not just for sleeping.
PS: the shower drain was partially blocked, should be gushed. Another "color" note: behind the bed, at night, you can hear light disturbing creaks, it seems that there is something scratching on the wall, like when you pass the wires in the channels ... cause, I also looked for traces of cockroaches or various animals but I did not find anything.
