Posizionata a due passi dal centro storico e un passo dalla movida notturna catanese. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque voglia fare un viaggio in questa splendida città per viverla al meglio standoci nel cuore. Complimenti al proprietario, veramente una persona d'altri tempi, gentilissimo.
 Excellent accommodation facility, welcoming rooms with attention to detail.
Located a stone's throw from the historic center and a step away from the nightlife of Catania. I recommend this structure to anyone who wants to take a trip to this beautiful city to experience it at its best while staying in the heart. Congratulations to the owner, truly a person of the past, very kind.

It was a regret that we could only stay there two nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati 4 giorni a Catania e siamo rimasti incanti! L´appartamento sulla Via Teatro Massimo é molto moderno e carinissimo, non manca niente ed é tutto scelto con amore e gusto! I proprietari sono persone squisite, molto cordiali e disponibilissime! La posizione dell´appartamento é geniale!! Permette di entrare e uscire dal centro in ogni momento, i locali e i ristoranti sulla via sono numerosi ma la notte si dorme tranquilli. Insomma esperienza da ripetere e raccomandare senz´altro!!
We stayed 4 days in Catania and we were enchanted! The apartment on the Via Teatro Massimo is very modern and cute, nothing is missing and everything is chosen with love and taste! The owners are lovely people, very friendly and extremely helpful! The position of the apartment is brilliant !! It allows you to enter and exit the center at any time, the premises and restaurants on the street are numerous but at night you sleep peacefully. In short, an experience to repeat and recommend without a doubt !!

Appartamentino perfetto, dotato di ogni comfort e curato nei minimi dettagli.
Ne cuore pulsante del centro storico di Catania, in una delle vie più belle e suggestive della città. Per il mio personale gusto si tratta della via più bella in assoluto. Il Teatro Bellini che ti accoglie appena esci di casa e sei nella zona pedonale, è una vista impagabile che riempie l'anima.
La cortesia, competenza e disponibilità dei proprietari è una garanzia.
Ho soggiornato per quasi un mese da sola e quando ho avuto ospiti, anche loro sono rimasti assolutamente felici e molto soddisfatti.
Ogni volta che tornerò a Catania, so già dove soggiornerò!

Perfect apartment, equipped with every comfort and with attention to the smallest details.
In the beating heart of the historic center of Catania, in one of the most beautiful and evocative streets of the city. For my personal taste this is the most beautiful route ever. The Bellini Theater that welcomes you as soon as you leave the house and you are in the pedestrian area, is a priceless sight that fills the soul.
The courtesy, competence and availability of the owners is a guarantee.
I stayed for almost a month on my own and when I had guests, they too were absolutely happy and very satisfied.
Every time I return to Catania, I already know where I will be staying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "La casa perfetto" for great holiday.It is located in the city centre, few steps away from many historical buildings, restaurants, terraces and fun spots. 10 min from central train station from where you can travel anywhere in Sicily. The apartament is perfect, absolutely nothing to complain about. Very good quality furniture, large and confortabile bed, all you need in the kitchen and washing machine in the bath, 2 AC. The lighting system is a piece of art, designed to make nice ambient. The terrace and entry are situated in a quiet interior court.

The location could not be more convenient; in fact, the apartment is literally meters away from one of the main sites of Catania, the Teatro Bellini, and the Piazza Bellini, around which is clustered bars and cafes and families strolling the square. The historic center and famous fish market is 10 minute walk. The apartment is fully equipped and secure. Carmello, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly, and did everything to make our visit enjoyable.

If you are looking for the ideal studio/loft in Catania, one that is perfectly appointed, up-to-date, well situated and a stone's throw from the famous Teatro Massimo Bellini in the heart of city, this accommodation is for you. The hosts did everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Communication was very smooth and rapid. We'll look forward to a future visit to Catania at the 'Modern Flat'!
