★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato il 5 settembre 2020, per una notte in quadrupla. Buona e comoda soluzione per una breve permanenza nel centro storico di Catania. Sono quattro appartamenti ristrutturati al primo piano di uno storico palazzo al civico 18 di Via Manzoni, una parallela di Via Etnea che inizia nella parte alta di piazza Stesicoro e che termina in Via di SanGiuliano. L’appartamento n.3, a noi assegnato, dispone di una stanza da bagno molto grande e di una doccia altrettanto spaziosa. Apprezzato pure il doppio lavabo con ampia specchiera. Sanitari nuovi e di buona qualità. Acqua calda subito disponibile. Assenti purtroppo i flaconcini di sapone/docciaschiuma/shampoo, come pure il ripiano per appoggiarli durante la doccia. Phon funzionante. Porte bianche di livello basico, ma comunque scelte con buon gusto. Molto gentile e disponibile il Titolare, Sig. Federico. A disposizione gratuita degli ospiti una rete WiFi ultra veloce. Nuova la cucina ed il frigo, come pure la grande tv lcd. Poco agevole l’accesso al letto matrimoniale (tra l’altro piuttosto basso) per via della vicinanza ad una parete divisoria in cartongesso. Nel complesso giudizio ampiamente positivo.
Visited on September 5th 2020, for one night in quadruple room. Good and convenient solution for a short stay in the historic center of Catania. There are four renovated apartments on the first floor of a historic building at number 18 of Via Manzoni, a parallel to Via Etnea that begins in the upper part of Piazza Stesicoro and ends in Via di SanGiuliano. Apartment 3, assigned to us, has a very large bathroom and an equally spacious shower. The double sink with large mirror was also appreciated. New and good quality sanitary ware. Hot water immediately available. Unfortunately, the bottles of soap / shower gel / shampoo are absent, as well as the shelf to place them during the shower. Working hairdryer. Basic white doors, but still chosen with good taste. The owner, Mr. Federico, is very kind and helpful. An ultra-fast WiFi network is available for free to guests. New kitchen and fridge, as well as the large LCD TV. Access to the double bed is not easy (by the way rather low) due to the proximity to a plasterboard partition wall. Overall, widely positive judgment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very nice,very clean,stylish and comfortable apartments. Everything you might need is in there. The location is great. The only issue is AC that was working whole day on 16 degrees and the room temperature stayed 29degreese?
